“We used Absolute Comfort for years. They came and inspected our air conditioning and heating units periodically and performed adjustments accordingly. They even installed a huge new air conditioning unit several years ago. It seemed like the same guy came almost every time. Then last year, a new guy came for the air conditioning checkup, he gave me this big pitch that the unit needed $1,500 worth of work done immediately. Well, when it was time for the heater to be checked, a different guy came and I was given another spill that I needed a new unit and he said he was going to download a picture to me to show me how bad it really looked. When I told him I wanted my son to look at it for a second opinion. He never sent me the horrible photo that he told me about. After my son inspected the unit, he asked me to come into the attic to see the unit. His words, "Mom, this unit looks brand new to me, I don't understand why the guy said it was in terrible shape." To be truthful. I totally lost trust in Absolute Comfort. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a female. It seems that all they wanted was my money. “Goes above and beyond to make sure the work they do is accurate, professional and reasonably priced. Wish I could give 10 Stars!!!”

“Normally, Dan comes out. He is wonderful. A different tech came out and pushed a lot of borderline repairs. Normally, if you have repairs performed, you are not charged for the inspection. This tech charged for repairs and inspection. I can get this kind of service from any other AC company.”

“They had to come out 4 times after installation to get it working. That was a little frustrating.”

“I have been with them for years, but it's the way they treated me. They took a lot of money from me and didn't even fix what they needed to fix. They said what they did would fix the problem but it didn't so they said I needed have something else fixed. They didn't answer my questions or call me back. I asked for the manager and everybody. I would never refer them to anyone.”
