I recently had a new furnace and central air system installed along with some ductwork to correct the airflow issues with my existing installation. My service techs were Nick and John. I really liked how I was sent a message that showed where the techs were and when they would arrive. I realize most service companies give you a window for arrival, but it’s nice to see the actual real time notice, so your not sitting around waiting and wondering. Nick and John did a great job. Their work was very professional and it was evident that they are skilled in their jobs. I had to leave the house for a bit and they said it would be okay, that was very reassuring. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and the installation looked excellent. Nick had to return the next day to commission the new system. He showed me all the readings and how the system performed. I am very happy with the quality of the work and feel great about my new system. Thank you Nick and John for being true professionals and Thank you Healthy Home for running a great business.

What can I say!! These guys are top tier for a reason. From the customer service to the install! Healthy Home Heating and Cooling has by far the BEST customer service compared to ANY other heating and cooling company! Kandace was an absolute pleasure to talk to!! Every time I had a question or a concern, she was right there answering my phone calls!! My technicians Casey, Peter, and John were nothing short of incredible either! Had my brand new furnace and AC installed in less than 1 day and they were extremely kind and professional the entire time. I will forever continue to do business with Healthy Home Heating and Cooling! Just a fantastic experience!!!!

Today, only two days after the original inspection, Healthy Home was able to come out and repair my furnace system. Larger vents were installed. A larger air cleaner was installed and a new air filter was installed. Peter was polite, professional, and efficient. My dogs liked him too. He also removed and patched where the non-functional humidifier was mounted on the system. No telling how long that had not worked. It may not look like much to you, but to me it’s all clean and new and shiny and clean (said that twice, on purpose ) and is going to work much better than the old system.

During the initial visit last week Casey was very knowledgeable and explained what was done and what she recommended for our unit in order to make it more efficient. Very pleased that the company offers a military veteran discount. We scheduled a return appointment to replace a part and clean up some areas needed. During the second appointment she explained thoroughly what was done even showing before and after pictures and video. Very pleased with technical and service.

Highly recommend this team! Our technician, Patrick M., was honest and knowledgeable, while his supervisor, Allen, provided excellent communication throughout the process of the furnace tuneup. Jasmine in customer service was also incredibly friendly and helpful. What started as a routine furnace tune-up turned into a necessary replacement when Patrick detected dangerous carbon monoxide levels in the exhaust. Given that our unit was 14 years old, buying a new one was an easy decision. Allen & Patrick gave us three options and zero pressure, allowing my husband and me time to talk it over. This was a huge wake-up call on why regular maintenance matters. I’m looking forward to better airflow and knowing our home is safe!
