Del-Air sent Gavin and Ronnie out today for my 6 month maintenance. These guys are the Dynamic Duo! They are great! Super knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything in detail. They were patient with all of my many questions. I highly recommend Gavin and Ronnie with Del-Air. They love their job, and it shows in the excellent service they provided.

Ron Olu-Coker’s conduct during his visit to my home was deeply concerning. He spoke to my wife in a manner that was dismissive and disrespectful, causing her significant emotional distress. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but wholly inconsistent with the standards one would expect from someone in a supervisory role. Equally troubling was his candid admission that, as a supervisor, he performs only the “bare minimum.” He says he doesn't even go up ladders cause he's the supervisor. Leadership establishes culture. When a supervisor openly embraces minimal effort, it inevitably signals to the team that mediocrity is acceptable. The guys he supervises are all following his lead. That is a serious reflection on operational standards and accountability. Compounding this issue is the fact that your company has been to my home more than 20 times over the course of nearly two years, and the underlying problem still has not been resolved. After this many service visits, the continued failure to correct the issue points to a breakdown in oversight, technical competence, or both. If this is the level of leadership and follow-through Del Air endorses, it raises legitimate concerns about the company’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, and service excellence. Representation at the supervisory level directly impacts how an organization is perceived and at this stage, the impression left is deeply disappointing & concerning giving the facts we pay them a substantial amount of money & our health is at risk. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and addressed with the seriousness it warrants. Future customers stay far away & existing customers end that situationship.

Del Air We have been using Del Air for our AC needs and have been very happy with the service we have received. So when we needed some electrical work done, which is another service that is available through Del Air it made sense to call a company that we know. We were not disappointed. Mathew K., the electrician came to the house to see what we needed him to do for us. He answered all our questions and let us know what we would need to get for him to complete the job. Then gave us a very reasonable estimate on the things we wanted to have done. Mathew arrived on time and got right to work. We are very happy with the work Mathew did for us. Thank you Mathew and thank you Del Air for having great associates!!!!

Our visit from Gavin & Ronnie was a great experience, they were extremely thorough and professional. We began with a routine maintenance visit but they guided us through what our HAVAC system needed for repair, recommended an indoor system cleaning, and the UV Sanitation light to protect from future issues. We also highly recommend being part of the Maintenance Membership program as that reduced the cost significantly!

Hello there! I've been using Del-Air services since I've purchased my home. From the office staff Amanda to the HVAC tech Gavin Doty and Plumber tech Mike R. Have been all professional and knowledgeable for there services to us homeowners. Mr. Gavin answered all of my questions, and taught me at homeowner operator level instructions on fail safe maintenance tips. I highly recommend Del-Air services for your home services.
