Jon came out to do my annual furnace inspection, he was very knowledgeable and helped explain everything properly to me. Best technician I’ve had to my house. Not only did he inspect the furnaces and show me everything he was doing, but he wore a mask because he had recently had a cold and I wanted to protect my home which he had no problem with. He noticed a birds nest that I’ve been trying to get rid of and he had his ladder out so he went ahead and just did it for me. I absolutely love Brothers and love Jonathon.

I needed two faucets repaired in my laundry room. I was offered two options from $800-$1000. I chose the higher cost option because it was suggested that the valves were superior, and it would be an integrated solution and have a better appearance than keeping my old box with new faucets. I was not told that the box being used did not fit in my existing opening and that the correct part would’ve required a special order. Additionally, the technicians did not have the parts required for either option on their truck, even though the exact nature of the needed repairs was specified when the appointment was made. Ultimately, it took two plumbers five hours to replace two faucets. During that time the water had to be turned off for a portion of my apartment building, causing inconvenience for my neighbors. Both plumbers were pleasant and polite, and I expect that the new faucets will work correctly. I chose Brothers Plumbing because I expected a big company to be able to deliver first class results, this turned out not to be the case.

Every experience that we’ve had with Brother’s has been great. Our house is 75 years old, so we expect to uncover issues as we continue our ownership, but we feel very confident and trust the Brother’s technicians. They’re always prepared with options and suggestions and we never feel remotely close to taken advantage of. They are very professional, kind, courteous….they actually act like boy scouts. This company understands what it takes to establish and maintain long term relationships.

Brother’s company was amazing! From the scheduler to the technician, Joe. They responded so quickly, to a leak in the garage, and had it repaired in a timely manner. Joe was very professional, kind, compassionate, and immediately put me at ease that the job would be done correctly. I am so thankful for their help in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend them!

Keith inspected our 30 year old home heater and was very honest about its condition. He carefully explained the financing options and helped me obtain a loan for only the amount needed. Two days later, David removed the old heater and installed a new one. He explained every step he was doing and left the area very clean. He was also nice enough to bring my Amazon delivery inside, a heavy box that I couldn’t begin to pick up or move. This whole process from beginning to end has been extremely pleasant and very timely. Really good company and super nice employees.
