Raul Ramirez was our professional (pumber) today. Brothers has always been great. I was so pleased to meet Raul. He went above and beyond to service our needs. My father is 93 years old and he needed plumbing work. Raul was respectful, super professional, answered all of my questions, gave several options for materials and I am so happy that Brothers has hired such a great employee. My hot water heater broke so I needed someone quickly and they got me in right away. They were convenient, friendly, thorough, great communication, all the things you need from a plumber. I really appreciated that he pointed out where I could save money by hiring a handyman but also offering to do it for me. They feel very trustworthy, intelligent, and helpful. Highly recommend

A 1 star review based entirely on their phone service and how they handle potential clients. I called for a simple evaluation on a ceiling fan and had them schedule to come out. Re-organized my schedule around the window, got it set. They sent a confirmation the next day. At the same time they called me to tell me they couldn't make the appointment. ... okay... fine... Call and reschedule. Reorganize my schedule again. Lady tells me she's set a 'DO NOT RESCHEDULE' around it. Great! Thanks so much. Two hours later, they need to reschedule again. I have now... reorganized my schedule again, and they've once again, sworn it's a 'DO NOT RESCHEDULE'. Then I called Mr. Sparky and they booked me in the exact same time the original appointment was. Better reviews, better phone service, faster turn around.

Called at 8:00 am and Brothers had somebody here by 10:00. The gentleman who came to the house today , Jayson Hernandez , arrived promptly and was friendly , professional , and respectful. He kept me informed throughout the process , showing me pictures on his tablet and explaining in detail what he needed to do. The work was done quickly and my entire issue was fixed in less than four hours from the time I called Brothers about the leak.

I needed two faucets repaired in my laundry room. I was offered two options from $800-$1000. I chose the higher cost option because it was suggested that the valves were superior, and it would be an integrated solution and have a better appearance than keeping my old box with new faucets. I was not told that the box being used did not fit in my existing opening and that the correct part would’ve required a special order. Additionally, the technicians did not have the parts required for either option on their truck, even though the exact nature of the needed repairs was specified when the appointment was made. Ultimately, it took two plumbers five hours to replace two faucets. During that time the water had to be turned off for a portion of my apartment building, causing inconvenience for my neighbors. Both plumbers were pleasant and polite, and I expect that the new faucets will work correctly. I chose Brothers Plumbing because I expected a big company to be able to deliver first class results, this turned out not to be the case.
