Top notch professional and friendly service! It was easy to schedule, reminders were sent, the day of a text made me aware when tech was on the way and when he arrived. The tech Cameron was professional, covered his work boots, explained his findings with pictures to backup the issues, answered my questions, was patient and provided recommendations timely. Great service call experience as a first time customer!!

My hot water heater broke so I needed someone quickly and they got me in right away. They were convenient, friendly, thorough, great communication, all the things you need from a plumber. I really appreciated that he pointed out where I could save money by hiring a handyman but also offering to do it for me. They feel very trustworthy, intelligent, and helpful. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience with Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Johnny was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed two toilet replacements efficiently and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how considerate he was while working. Despite replacing two toilets, he was one of the quietest service technicians I’ve ever had in my home. He worked carefully, cleaned up after himself, and made the whole experience stress-free. As an added bonus, he was kind enough to give my dog, a treat—which immediately earned him extra points in our house! Highly recommend Johnny and Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Great service, great communication, and genuinely great people.

I needed two faucets repaired in my laundry room. I was offered two options from $800-$1000. I chose the higher cost option because it was suggested that the valves were superior, and it would be an integrated solution and have a better appearance than keeping my old box with new faucets. I was not told that the box being used did not fit in my existing opening and that the correct part would’ve required a special order. Additionally, the technicians did not have the parts required for either option on their truck, even though the exact nature of the needed repairs was specified when the appointment was made. Ultimately, it took two plumbers five hours to replace two faucets. During that time the water had to be turned off for a portion of my apartment building, causing inconvenience for my neighbors. Both plumbers were pleasant and polite, and I expect that the new faucets will work correctly. I chose Brothers Plumbing because I expected a big company to be able to deliver first class results, this turned out not to be the case.

We had our swamp cooler fail us, so we decided to pull the trigger and get AC. From the first visit, all the way to the team coming to install was smooth. All technicians explained what was going on and what they were doing. Our house was a big project and through it all, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Brothers
