Damian and Zach did incredible work on my HVAC and hot water heater, respectively. Personable, professional, and excellent craftsmen! Damian replaced my Furnace motor, taught me about how my furnace works, fixed my thermostat because it's a gas pump, then reduced the rattling in my outside ac unit and cleaned out my furnace + ac and told me about common failings to look out for. It reduced the sound of my furnace from a roar, to nothing, making it much more liveable. Zach installed a new hot water heater, since mine was end of life, moved my expansion tank, installed a water pressure regulator, and replaced some piping in my kitchen sink. He also went with me through the house and tested my water shutoff valves. I was super impressed!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the technician was great, respectful of my property, and did quality work. On the other hand, paying $2,800 for two simple spigot replacements felt far above reasonable market rates. I appreciate the quality of the repair, but I'd urge future customers to shop around and get competing estimates first.

We had a very good experience working with Applewood. The scheduling department was receptive and easy to work with. We were able to easily schedule an 2-hour window and received appropriate updates on technician dispatch and ETA. Our certified technician, Dylan Knutson, was fantastic! He was kind, polite, and highly knowledgeable. We felt confident in his assessment of our plumbing issues and what needed to be done. Thanks Dylan and team!

Dylan was fantastic 10/10. He was able to accommodate our busy schedule and take care of our plumbing issue immediately. Very friendly and professional. I received a quote for this project the day before from another reputable plumbing company and Dylan was able to get it done in a quarter of the time and at less than half the cost. Great communication from the dispatch team as well. Highly recommend Applewood!

Applewood plumbing heating and electric is the perfect example of you get what you pay for. You can find cheaper companies (we tried that first) and they all were no where near as professional friendly or effective at doing the plumbing job right. I am very glad we went with Applewood and plan to only use them moving forward. Josh was extremely kind and super educational and explained each option to us thoroughly. The customer support/experience is 11/10 and wayyy better than every other company we had come out. Highly suggest using Applewood they will stand by their work and do it correctly.
