Scheduled an appointment online was immediately canceled, contacted support and spoke to a representative directly who updated the appointment and confirmed same day for between 6pm to 10pm. Continued to follow up to ensure that my appointment was still happening and their AI continously claims that my appointment is happening. Now all of the sudden my appointment is unconfirmed and I'm left without a solution to the ac issues. Updated review: Technicians came out and went above and beyond to ensure strong service and helpful and knowledgeable repairs were made. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and completed repairs in an efficient and quick manner. Couldn't have asked for better service. Louis was awesome highly recommended! Updated for a third time: its sad to say that the only part of this experience has been how dedicated and helpful the technician Louis has been as it would appear he's the only actual human working at delair since the AI system repeatedly refuses to let me speak to someone and I cannot get a call back regarding the fact that I am now having to operate my ac with a major back up still that is causing damage to my ceiling even after spending nearly $500 on draining and repair. What's the point of signing up for a membership if ill never be able to talk to a real person especially after a repair begins to cause more damage.

Jacob was very helpful and answered all my questions fully. He serviced my indoor and outdoor units, putting my fear of potential issues to rest. We discussed my options for a mold issue and he provided clear next steps and set me up for a UV light system to be installed. He made me feel at ease and not like I was being ripped off. Very good service, I hope he’s my guy for my next maintenance appointment!

I had a great experience with my A/C technician , Deshaun. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for A/C service or repairs. Dean the Service tech was very helpful and thorough with the maintenance of my air-conditioning unit! Connor also was very helpful explaining all the different service plans. I highly recommend Del Air to service your air-conditioning unit.

Awesome crew all the way around. Personable while at the same time professional. My only regret is that I didn't know Del Air serviced this area sooner. Thank you and will use your services again! Had to revise my 5 star review. Giving these guys a 2 only because they almost made it right. The day after the crew did the work I crawled under the mobile to find only half of the work was done and what they did "repair" was awful at best. I new crew came out and did make the ductwork right. Still waiting on the salesman to show up, like he said he would. Cannot recommend.
