Scheduled an appointment online was immediately canceled, contacted support and spoke to a representative directly who updated the appointment and confirmed same day for between 6pm to 10pm. Continued to follow up to ensure that my appointment was still happening and their AI continously claims that my appointment is happening. Now all of the sudden my appointment is unconfirmed and I'm left without a solution to the ac issues. Updated review: Technicians came out and went above and beyond to ensure strong service and helpful and knowledgeable repairs were made. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and completed repairs in an efficient and quick manner. Couldn't have asked for better service. Louis was awesome highly recommended! Updated for a third time: its sad to say that the only part of this experience has been how dedicated and helpful the technician Louis has been as it would appear he's the only actual human working at delair since the AI system repeatedly refuses to let me speak to someone and I cannot get a call back regarding the fact that I am now having to operate my ac with a major back up still that is causing damage to my ceiling even after spending nearly $500 on draining and repair. What's the point of signing up for a membership if ill never be able to talk to a real person especially after a repair begins to cause more damage.

Ramon Agosto y Jose Salas ,were my technicians very thorough and professional. I have great experiences from all who have been a part of my new install from del air . The only thing that was not nice was the AI communication . People are our greatest resource. The technicians and sales people really want to represent themselves and the company well and they truly want to help people . AI has no emotion people do .

Riley came to fix our air handler today ?& he was FABULOUS! Not only did he arrive in a timely fashion but he was polite & professional. He made the necessary repairs & adjusted the system to work in a much more efficient manner, thus saving money on our power bills. If this young man was single (& I was 30 years younger, I'd marry him). Thank you Riley & DelAir. I highly recommend you to everyone.

Louis visited my home today to perform maintenance on my air-conditioning system, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service he provided. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated exceptional, professionalism, punctuality, and a strong attention to detail. He took the time to clearly explain the maintenance process, answered all my questions with confidence and clarity, and ensured that every aspect of the system was carefully inspected and serviced his extensive knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit and he worked efficiently while maintaining a high standard quality. In addition to his technical skills, Louis was courteous, respectful, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire experience very pleasant. DeShawn just left and he did a great job. He was very informative and despite having terrible blisters on his hands from apparently something that happened yesterday he was in very good spirits. I think you have a good employee there. Let’s hope he is OK. We were happy that the work was performed professionally and question quickly.
