“I was very well pleased with the services. It was a very cold morning just within the last week, and when I got up to turn on my thermostat on my heating unit, it wasn't working at all. It was very cold, so I called Crawford Services. They sent a technician out early that morning, and he fixed the thermostat very quickly and very courteously. I was very appreciative that he was able to come out to fix my problem on short notice because it was very cold.”
