I have been troubleshooting my furnace making an odd noise and a day day before July 4th weekend my furnace motor stopped working. I had researched which motor would work and found a local supplier who had it in stock. Problem I ran into: they would only sell to a licensed HVAC contractor. I called a couple HVAC companies & being close to holiday weekend I'd be without AC for weekend. Not the worst, but would be nice to not sweat thru the weekend. I called Home Heating service who installed my AC 14yrs ago and they were able to prioritize my issue & also broke protocol & sent someone to buy the motor before the supplier closed for the long weekend. Ramiro showed up at 3pm and was able to get my AC up and running in under 2 hours. I was thankful that they were able to work with me in picking up the motor before even seeing what the issue was (don't expect that every time!) Thanks for the cool living space once again! Daniel

Dominick did an outstanding job inspecting our AC drain line and explaining the issues he found. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly walk me through the recommended corrective actions without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how friendly and courteous he was throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest, thorough, and takes pride in their work. Such a great experience! Scott came to my home and did a thorough check on my water heater. It was leaking and needed replaced. He gave me a great price and had availability the next day! His techs Matt and Jayden were above believable. Very polite, courteous and professional. Got the job done quicker than I could expected! My home is 122 years old, so everything is a challenge. The electrician they sent was top notch. Very nice and a hard worker. So my rating is 10 out of 10!!! Will definitely recommend this company and their exemplary employees every time.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned. I'm new to Colorado Springs and not used to having so many choices for service/repair work. Home Heating Service was recommended to me. They scheduled me quickly and Ramiro was my service provider. He was cordial and professional. I always want to understand what's being done and he was so patient with all my questions. Ramiro provided excellent service and his kind of dedication and knowledge deserves being recognized and rewarded. I will continue to use Home Heating Services for other home maintenance needs.
