Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We originally called on June 24, and a technician was scheduled to come out the following morning between 8:00–10:00 a.m. After spending about 30–45 minutes troubleshooting, the technician was on the phone with York customer support, and together they concluded that the TXV valve had failed and needed to be replaced. The technician then told us, “I don’t have the equipment on my truck because it broke on another job a while ago, and I just never replaced it.” That was concerning, as this is equipment that should be readily available to properly service HVAC systems. The technician didn’t return until June 30 with another technician. They spent about an hour replacing the TXV valve, but when they restarted the system, it behaved exactly as it had before—the unit would run for only 8–10 seconds, shut off, and repeat the cycle. The repair clearly did not fix the issue. After sitting in their truck for over an hour, they came back and told us the condenser coil was blocked and needed to be replaced. We agreed to consider the repair, but before moving forward, we had two other HVAC companies inspect the system. Both companies independently told us the condenser coil was not the problem. They also pointed out that when this company opened the sealed system to replace the TXV valve, they failed to replace the filter drier—a standard practice whenever the refrigerant system is opened. When we asked this company to provide their pressure readings or any documentation supporting their diagnosis, they admitted they had not taken any photos or recorded the readings, only claiming everything was “within specifications.” Communication throughout the process was also misleading. We were initially told replacement parts would arrive in 4–6 days. Later we were told the parts had already been ordered. A week after that, we were informed they had not actually been ordered. Meanwhile, the other HVAC companies told us those same parts were on manufacturer backorder for approximately 3–6 weeks. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information instead of honest updates. Customer service was equally frustrating. At one point I simply called to request the part number so another company could verify compatibility. The representative refused to provide the information. After I ended the call, the company later claimed they had received multiple threatening phone calls from us. We had also previously removed an earlier review in good faith because we didn’t want it to impact any potential refund or resolution, but it’s clear they were more concerned about protecting their online reputation than addressing legitimate customer concerns. As a military family, we expect honesty, professionalism, and competent service. Unfortunately, our experience reflected none of those qualities. From the incorrect diagnosis and incomplete repair to poor communication and misleading information, this company consistently failed to meet basic professional standards. We cannot recommend this company and strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with A&A Professional Cooling and Heating. On very short notice — just one day — they were able to install a brand-new furnace, and today I’m enjoying a warm, efficient system. The technicians who worked on my unit were professional and polite. Their manners were outstanding, they worked neatly, and everything was completed smoothly with no issues at all. The furnace is great — my second Trane — and their price was very competitive and fair. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. A&A is a company that offers good value, skilled workmanship, and respectful service. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend them.

They did this in one day only a day after we ordered the new unit. This was a new install. The salesman and installers were very professional. They did a great job and charged thousands less than 3 other companies I got quotes from to do the same thing. This was a complete install not just a replacement. While they were installing the unit they found an issue with my humidifire and fixed it for free while they waited for the electrician. This is the company I will use for all my HVAC needs from now on.

I was concerned about a 5ft long white leakage stain, originating from my furnace. Alberto said it was most likely the condensate pump but, after testing it, said it was working fine, to call them if it happened again and they would replace it. They installed my furnace and a/c two years ago and I have been well pleased with their performance.
