Stay away from this company . They left a job site saying it was done -with leaking gas lines, a completely unfinished plumbing job, dangerous and improper installation of gas lines and fixtures and demanded to be paid for before they left the property while I was at work. $6500. I paid it and couldn’t check till the next day. House full of gas, unfinished work, AI answers when you call on a weekend and call Center Offshore calls you back. This was on a holiday weekend, so no one can come back until the following Tuesday. I have some pretty strong feelings about the job they did cleaning my basement as well. I had already given this company close to 20 K for an AC unit and a dehumidifier so I thought my money and loyalty would mean better service. Addendum: Jolly responded quickly after receiving this review and is in the process of correcting the situation.

I had a great experience with Jolly Plumbing Service. The gentleman who came out was kind, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Jolly Plumbing Service to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

I had Nathan Shrader come to my house yesterday to fix my AC unit that was not working. He was efficient, kind and professional. He got it working in no time and cleaned up my unit as well! He checked in later to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. Also signed me up for the home plan which I think will come in handy and save me money in the long run. Thanks, Nathan, for making sure I was well taken care of and happy with everything! I know I will be requesting him to check in with my ongoing services as needed. -Brittanie A

I’ve genuinely liked all the people Jolly has sent to do numerous repairs on our home. However, Nate Overcash has well surpassed the others. He was the upmost professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough! I would highly recommend him and Jolly to do any HVAC maintenance or installation.

I had Jolly Plumbing come over to check our piping because we had a few backups. They were very thorough with checking the toilets all the sinks and the laundry room. They also recommended they come back with a camera to make sure that everything was clear! I feel very confident with this company, and the courtesy and kindness is above and beyond! Thank you Ronnie!
