Mitchell was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain the parts of my furnace that could be improved and helped prioritize them. He also cleaned the furnace parts which I had never had offered by a company (but really appreciated). Looking forward to working with Mitchell again soon

This was initially a presumed thermostat repair. After a thorough inspection, we found that a heater repair done a couple yrs ago by someone else was not done properly. The problem was clearly explained and shown to me. Niall was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and clear with his explanations. Final repair plan to be determined. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend Shavitz to anyone needing HVAC service.
