“We went to Shavitz because we thought they were a smaller company. We were looking for really good customer service. Customer service was fine. When we were purchasing our unit but we've had a couple of issues that might have been related to the pandemic. We've had a little difficulty with a couple of our requests.”

“I have been using Shavitz for an few years now. They are very professional. They arrive on time, work quickly and are neat. They are honest in that they do not recommend repairs that are not needed. I have a contract with them for yearly inspections and cleaning and they clean my furnace and set up the next year's appointment.”
