Just want to give a shout out to the staff of this company. I called 5 companies when I needed help with my AC in one of the crazy hot days in Illinois and I know it was a holiday and I was certain nobody will show up but even if it was a holiday one particular person responded, I found out later, he was the owner. I was grateful with the response even if (again) I already know things will not happen that very day, the response made the difference. The following day, a kind young lady called me and asked if I still needed help and see if we can schedule a visit to check my system. The system they use for customer to track the service team is excellent. The best part was Jeff, he is kind and patient with my questions, he took time with needs to be done and OFFERED OPTIONS, I know it is a business however I believe we can still maintain being human rather than just doing a job to get paid and that is how I feel with this company. That being said “ Grateful and thankful for the service “. Wish you continue to serve the community with grace and patience.

Great team- from the after hours tech (Piyush) that came out on a Friday night to asses our situation and the sales person on Saturday (Greg) that got us set up with a purchase. Piyush really took his time to ensure he did everything he could to repair our 25 year old furnace, which unfortunately was too far gone for repairs. We had our system replaced quickly and efficiently! Our installers (Jaren and Joe) were very knowledgeable. They worked fast and got the new AC and furnace installed in just half a day! Everyone we worked with was professional, polite, and prioritized our needs as we were without a working system. Would highly recommend!

Jose did a great job. Went through every option we had. And luckily saved us from having to get an entirely new thermostat, just the service fee today. Hopefully we can avoid that replacement, but if not, Jose will be handling from here on out

I can't say enough how professional Sean was. My husband Manny and I felt very comfortable talking to him. He explained everything to us that was easy to understand. He answered all our questions. We will request him next time for our service needs should any arise. Thank you One Hour Heating for having him on your team.

Wonderful installation of my a/c and furnance by Joe Dandrea and Jaren Montgomery. Worked all day. Very kind and professional and knowledgeable. Jaren was great figuring out passwords for the thermostat. Great experience. 5 Stars
