Excellent experience from start to finish. James was very informative during the quote process and provided multiple options. Cole and Jay showed up on time and got right to work. They were courteous and did excellent work. Everything was tested and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend using McHenry Heating and Air.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I recently had a new HVAC system installed by McHenry Heating and Air, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. James handled my initial consultation and pricing. He was incredibly detail-oriented, had the "heart of a teacher," and was exceptionally friendly. Instead of pushing a sale, he helped me through the decision-making process using clear, straightforward facts. The installation technicians, Jake and Bailey, were fantastic. They were very friendly and did a beautiful, neat, and highly professional job with the installation. They took the time to explain all the details of the new system and answered every single one of my questions perfectly. Overall, McHenry Heating and Air is a top-tier company with wonderful people. I truly wish other service companies operated this way. Highly recommended!

I recently had a new furnace and AC system installed, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team arrived on time, presented themselves professionally, and were polite from the moment they arrived. Before entering, they asked for permission and immediately put on protective boot covers, which I appreciated. They were also friendly and respectful, even taking a moment to greet my dogs. Once inside, they assessed the existing furnace, clearly explained the next steps, and got to work without delay. They took great care in protecting my home, laying down heavy duty coverings before beginning the removal. I was especially impressed by how carefully they handled the old unit, navigating it out without any damage to walls or stairs. The installation of the new system was handled efficiently and with obvious skill. All piping was completed neatly, and the AC unit was properly charged and tested. Throughout the process, the team maintained a clean workspace and treated my home with the same level of care as if it were their own. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and courtesy of this team were top notch. I would highly recommend their services.

We had our HVAC system replaced and all went well from start to finish. We gathered several quotes and our neighbor suggested we reach out to one more, McHenry Heating & Air/Plumbing. We are very glad he did. James was our sales rep. We had a lot of questions and he patiently addressed them all without any high pressure tactics. He explained the purpose and benefits of the three systems and why each option would work fine. After selecting our A/C and furnace we discussed zoning, static air & all things HVAC. When Lucas and Neil arrived for installation (within a week), we felt knowledgeable and appreciated their expertise & professionalism. They reaffirmed what we had learned, discussed the installation process and afterwards went over everything. They were awesome. I wish we could give them 6 stars!

I have used McHenry Heating and Air for my service for several years. This year, when I called for a cleaning, they came out and found we had an issue and needed to replace the furnace. They worked with us and gave us several options to replace the furnace and we also decided to do the A/C at the same time. They even worked with us to even set up financing. Within a week, they had sent Luke and Neil to install the new furnace and start the work on the new A/C. They did a great job and explained to me everything they had done. They informed me that they would be back when it was a little warmer to set the new A/C and charge the unit. Two more tech came and installed the new A/C and had everything done for the charging of the system. When the weather warmed up, they came and charged the system to make sure everything was working well. I believe her name was Melissa, even came after the install to make sure that we were satisfied with the work and the service they provided. Everyone from McHenry Heating and Air was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them for your heating, air conditioning or plumbing needs. Thank you again for the great experience.
