I’m happy with Green Air Care for my air conditioner replacement and AC installation. John was great to work with and patiently answered all my questions. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They identified the need for additional A2L dissipation monitoring, which other vendors missed. I also asked about the return-air capacity, and Shawn personally came out, carefully reviewed the setup, and confirmed that an additional return vent was needed to properly match the blower capacity. The installation crew was on time, professional, and did a great job. Their pricing was also fair and competitive, especially considering the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend Green Air Care for AC replacement and installation!

Dan is a fantastic technician who does excellent work and gives it to you straight! During my routine maintenance, he recommended a few additional services. He took the time to sit down with me and explain his reasoning using hard data, without persistently pushing for the work to be done that day. I really appreciated that he respected my decision to defer them. After researching his recommendations, I found they were completely justified. I've since scheduled a follow-up appointment and specifically requested him again. Highly satisfied with his work!

Technician Dan Fitzpatrick he worked on the installation and follow-up of a new air conditioning system today. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. He genuinely cared about the customer and recommended products that would work better and save money in the long run.

Got a heat pump from them a few years ago. I also pay the monthly service fee. Despite this, the heat pump has not been working consistently since January, with frequent Error 82 codes. They have repeatedly come out, charged me, and then failed to fix this issue since February. I would not recommend this company.
