I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. More importantly let's talk about the customer service over the phone, I had a Rep on the phone by the name of Mila, she provided me outstanding customer service. She was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful from the moment I spoke with her. She listened carefully, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about helping customers, and Mila definitely goes above and beyond. She is a great asset to the company, and I truly appreciate her support.

I don’t write reviews often, but Air Blue Heating & Cooling truly deserves this one. From my very first call, everyone I spoke with was friendly, patient, and professional. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel stress-free. Our technician, Chris, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to walk me through what he was checking, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping, not just finishing a job and leaving. It’s hard these days to find a company that is honest, reliable, and truly customer-focused, but Air Blue continues to prove they are. I’m grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team they can trust.

I find myself to be one of those people who don’t write reviews, but after being treated respectfully and amazing customer service I feel compelled to write one. Especially when knowing nothing about HVAC, Stephanie informed me of everything I needed to know in a professional yet amazing manner. She had extraordinary customer service and made the entire process simple and understanding from start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Over the holidays my water heater broke down. Luckily Mila was able to answer all my questions, she was very kind. And all around gave the best customer service possible. Everything has gone smoothly and the installation of my new water heater has been complete and working at an even better rate than before. Thank you to AirBlue and Mila.

I’m really new to leaving reviews but my experience was not short of amazing and i wish I would’ve called sooner. The response was quick and smooth I was so thrown aback and amazed i’m very pleased. I felt welcomed and felt heard but don’t get me started on Stephanie, such a pleasant and respectful individual and i was very pleased with our interaction.
