Air Blue Heating & Cooling, Water Heater Replacement – Created More Problems Than It Solved We hired Air Blue Heating & Cooling to inspect and service our bathroom-closet water heater, which had not been maintained since the previous owners. The technician stated the unit was old with significant buildup and recommended replacement. No other options (such as cleaning or servicing) were discussed. After installation, we experienced multiple problems: - The new water heater is too large, and the closet door no longer closes. The technician knew this after installation and decided it was satisfactory, without considering a smaller unit. - Water pressure is significantly reduced, turning a normal shower into a weak, near gravity-fed trickle. - Hot water temperature is significantly lower than before where the maximum heat feels slightly above warm in the winter. - Hot water now takes much longer to heat up than it did with the old unit. Overall, this replacement resulted in worse performance than the original water heater, despite its age. The technician appeared focused on finishing the job quickly rather than ensuring proper fit, performance, or long-term usability. Air Blue Heating & Cooling’s motto is “Ultimate Comfort and Quality with a Modern Twist.” We cannot imagine how a door that won’t close, reduced water pressure, cooler water, and longer heat-up times equal ultimate comfort or quality. This experience guarantees we will not be returning customers.

I find myself to be one of those people who don’t write reviews, but after being treated respectfully and amazing customer service I feel compelled to write one. Especially when knowing nothing about HVAC, Stephanie informed me of everything I needed to know in a professional yet amazing manner. She had extraordinary customer service and made the entire process simple and understanding from start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. More importantly let's talk about the customer service over the phone, I had a Rep on the phone by the name of Mila, she provided me outstanding customer service. She was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful from the moment I spoke with her. She listened carefully, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about helping customers, and Mila definitely goes above and beyond. She is a great asset to the company, and I truly appreciate her support.

I’m really new to leaving reviews but my experience was not short of amazing and i wish I would’ve called sooner. The response was quick and smooth I was so thrown aback and amazed i’m very pleased.
