“Horne installed a brand new system installed 7 years ago at my house. I have now had two leaks over the past 6 months and Horne keeps recommending bandaiding the issue vs a longterm solve. The leaks are a result of improper installation and while the parts are under warranty, the $2,000+ in labor and materials each time (which I had asked about previously and was lied to about) is not.”
“Have already completed surveys. I continue getting requests to do a survey. Give me a break. Basically the service was satisfactory but expensive and required some redo. (Ductwork & ceiling lighting)”
