Where do I even start with this company. They were the fourth of four quotes and had to change my appointment. I almost cancelled it, but the owner himself called to apologize and ask for the opportunity to quote the two HVAC unit job. Classy move. They turned out to be the best by a margin. I've interacted with two supervisors, Robert C and Chris (here to quote and then check the work) and two techs, Theo and Jack. If I took a course I could not have been this professional. Their work was top notch. They were exceptionally tidy. They were patient with questions and sharing pic. ALL showed up on time and ready to rumble. They were proficient, not rushed or lazy. There was one change required in the middle of the job and they never skipped a beat. I wanted to keep a few small items from the job and they left them all in a safe place for me. And then there is the pricing. They clobbered the competition. It wasn't even close for the same or better units. They also helped with the info for the insurance and THEY filed for my Duke rebates for me. I did NOTHING but let them in the house and a 2 minute vac after they left. And in between, they even did a few small, but meaningful, things as a part of the job. THIS is how you do customer service. I wish that this company offered everything. Car wash. Windows. Home building. Everything. They are truly remarkable and more than a step above their competition. It 8s worth noting Dymon who processed all of the rebates for me. She was awesome!

Horne repair tech Alex Craven arrived to find my AC unit trying to pull him to the depths of the heated underground world. And like Kristoff in Frozen, Alex (Official Ice Master and Deliverer) diagnosed the problem, documented each step for review, to help restore balance. While I'm not Elsa and don't require an ice palace, it's nice to reside in a home that that doesn't feel like one stepped into the depths of hell. So if you value excellent service, and a knowledgeable and friendly repair tech with a fun British accent, then Kristoff, oops, I mean Alex, with Horne Heating and Air, is your rescuer, oops, I mean man for the job! Appreciate the care, professionalism, and 0% interest plan. Highly recommend Horne Heating and Air Conditioning. Everyone in the office and field was friendly and took the time to explain each detail. Your extra time was much appreciated. Many thanks!

Just started using Horne and extremely pleased. Started the regular maintanance program and Tim T csme out today to service our unit. He did the most intensive job i have ever seen in my life at cleaning our unit. I dont often recomend most and have tried about all contractors in my 70 years. If you want intergrity and honesty call Horne. Again thank you Tim. Great work

T serviced my two units today. He was great! He was knowledgeable, very communicative, explaining every thing that he was doing throughout the service. I recently had Horne Heating and Air Conditioning service for my air conditioning unit. Customer Service, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of technicians Tony and Tim. They arrived on time, were courteous, and walked me through everything they planned to do before getting started. Tony and Tim completed a thorough cleaning of the unit, replaced the filters, and ensured the entire system was operating efficiently. What stood out most was Tony and Tim’s professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to answer my questions, offered helpful maintenance tips, and made sure the work area was spotless when they finished.
