After getting quotes and meeting with four different HVAC companies, Chad Love Services was hands-down the best choice — best price, best service, and best overall quality. Josh D came out first to assess our system. He thoroughly checked our equipment, clearly explained what was going on, and walked us through exactly what we needed. Our unit was 18 years old, so we expected we’d likely need a full replacement — and that’s ultimately what we decided to do. Josh D was professional, patient, and made sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. Cameron and Marcus arrived right on time the very next morning for the installation. I work remotely from home, and they were incredibly respectful of my workspace and schedule. My husband was in and out throughout the day, but I felt completely comfortable having this team in our home. They were courteous, efficient, and took great care of everything. If you’re looking for a team you would trust in your own home — or your parents’ or grandparents’ home — this is the team. Highly recommend giving them a call. Christian was the best! He walked us through everything that needed to be done. He even got our Fireplace working after two years of not being used. Chad Loves does their very best to work with you on repairs.

I had a no heat situation. Christian was my service tech. He was terrific. Cordial and professional. He did a nice job of explaining his findings and completed the fix promptly. This was my first experience with Chad Love. The entire engagement from start to end was professional. Unlike the BIG HVAC providers their cost was fair and the expected maintenance and system upgrade suggestions they provided were well explained and seemed to be properly priced.

Christian was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very kind. We’ve had issues with our heater for some time without resolution. I love to support family owned local businesses and they went above my expectations. I’ll certainly be a return customer and would recommend them to anyone.

Christian was amazing! He was fast, on time, and extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with our water heater. He was very nice and professional, and even went the extra mile to help us locate a breaker outside. Excellent service from start to finish. We look forward to working with them in the future.
