We had an issue with a mini split that was installed by a different company but we called Carolina Custom Air to service it because we were so pleased with some installation work they did for us last year. Dominique Williams was the Technician that did our work today and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He carefully listened to me describe the issue, he very efficiently did the troubleshooting and made the calls to the vendor for the parts. He followed through on making sure our warranty was used to cover all of the costs for the parts. He then went above and beyond and offered a portable unit for the space until the parts arrived. Dominique is extremely professional and has the perfect demeanor to deal with us customers who have an AC issue in the middle of the summer! Carolina Custom Air has done an outstanding job of sending quality professionals into our home for installations and service. Their people make all the difference and make them stand above the other outfits we have encountered in town. Quality people, quality work. Hard to find these days. Dominique and Custom Carolina Air are 5 stars! Thank you!

Our service techs Blake and Ella were amazing! They tag teamed and troubleshooted a long standing issue and resolved it. The entire team including Andy helped resolve our issues and restored our faith in our investment decision. Great team effort.

We had routine maintenance, Roderick was our tech, who was not only very professional, but polite and friendly, which means a lot in my book! He not only did his job thoroughly, but answered our questions, which taught us some things about our unit, now we know! Thank you Roderick! And thank you to Carolina Custom Air, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. I was referred to Carolina Custom Air by my brother, and now, I will refer to anyone else 😊

I called late Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment. No recoding; I reached out to a live peraon!! Then Mike Craven showed up while I was not home but was able to return later that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and had it fixed quickly! He was polite, professional and smart! The service was far above what I expected. Thank you!!
