We had an issue with a mini split that was installed by a different company but we called Carolina Custom Air to service it because we were so pleased with some installation work they did for us last year. Dominique Williams was the Technician that did our work today and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He carefully listened to me describe the issue, he very efficiently did the troubleshooting and made the calls to the vendor for the parts. He followed through on making sure our warranty was used to cover all of the costs for the parts. He then went above and beyond and offered a portable unit for the space until the parts arrived. Dominique is extremely professional and has the perfect demeanor to deal with us customers who have an AC issue in the middle of the summer! Carolina Custom Air has done an outstanding job of sending quality professionals into our home for installations and service. Their people make all the difference and make them stand above the other outfits we have encountered in town. Quality people, quality work. Hard to find these days. Dominique and Custom Carolina Air are 5 stars! Thank you!

Dominique Williams was our Technician today. He provided outstanding customer service. He posses a skill that so many technical folks do not. The ability to listen. He listened to understand our issues before prescribing any solution. And, once we agreed with his prescription he took care of the issue in a very efficient and professional manner! In fact, we asked him to provide us a quote on their service membership program. It was Dominique’s professionalism today that secured a new customer for Carolina Custom Air, LLC. They are fortunate to have him on their team!

Our service techs Blake and Ella were amazing! They tag teamed and troubleshooted a long standing issue and resolved it. The entire team including Andy helped resolve our issues and restored our faith in our investment decision. Great team effort.

Another great experience with Carolina Custom Air! Communication was wonderful. Their text system is amazing and made booking super easy. Our technician, Oscar Rodriguez, was awesome. He came out on a weekend afternoon, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. A few days later, we had a completely unrelated problem with our system, and within a day of speaking with their office, a technician, William Ray Roush, was dispatched. Mr. Roush was extremely polite, clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing, and the work was completed sooner than expected. Carolina Custom Air is definitely who you want working on your home!
