Mike was excellent on all levels. He was kind and empathetic, as my husband had just had surgery. He was quick and efficient in identifying the issue, and he was so helpful in explaining the root of the issue and how we can/should use our dual system (up/down) to effectively cool our downstairs and upstairs in a more efficient way. Past experiences with other companies left me feeling like they were trying to upsell us and not truly identifying the true issue. Mike left us with a feeling of trust and delivered the type of customer service that will make us a trusting repeat customer in the future.

Mike was fantastic! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. We had an issue with a mini split that was installed by a different company but we called Carolina Custom Air to service it because we were so pleased with some installation work they did for us last year. Dominique Williams was the Technician that did our work today and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He carefully listened to me describe the issue, he very efficiently did the troubleshooting and made the calls to the vendor for the parts. He followed through on making sure our warranty was used to cover all of the costs for the parts. He then went above and beyond and offered a portable unit for the space until the parts arrived. Dominique is extremely professional and has the perfect demeanor to deal with us customers who have an AC issue in the middle of the summer! Carolina Custom Air has done an outstanding job of sending quality professionals into our home for installations and service. Their people make all the difference and make them stand above the other outfits we have encountered in town. Quality people, quality work. Hard to find these days. Dominique and Custom Carolina Air are 5 stars! Thank you!

Mike was great. He was quick and thorough. You could tell he was experienced in what he told us. He made an adjustment to our A/C and offered suggestions to help keep our place cool, since we have an old system. He set up an appointment for a new unit and suggested things to ask when we met with them. Overall it was a very positive experience with Mike!

Dominique Williams was our Technician today. He provided outstanding customer service. He posses a skill that so many technical folks do not. The ability to listen. He listened to understand our issues before prescribing any solution. And, once we agreed with his prescription he took care of the issue in a very efficient and professional manner! In fact, we asked him to provide us a quote on their service membership program. It was Dominique’s professionalism today that secured a new customer for Carolina Custom Air, LLC. They are fortunate to have him on their team!
