SuperTech has maintained my commercial HVAC systems for over 10 years. Their entire staff are committed to performing quality work and their prices are very fair. Seth was courteous and professional, and did a quick and accurate job of diagnosing the problem with my 3.5 ton unit. He then presented me with several repair options so that I could pick the one which made the most sense for me. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to rely on SuperTech to maintain my HVAC systems.

Today I have Willian and Frank come out and do a repair on my unit that was leaking refrigerant. These guys showed up on time, clean and ready to get to it. They communicated very well and shared concerns before getting started. They pulled refrigeren, relocated the condenser, extended the line set, purged the system, vacuum and pressure tested. I pulled out my canopy and gave them water as it was in the sunny side of the house. All went well and the repair was completed in a 4hr window. Unit was recharged and area cleaned up. They even packed up and return my canopy to the shed. These guys were amazing. A great example of HVAC service. I will probably stay with these vendor for a very long time.

He ensured we understood how our system was operating, and easily explained preventative measures without pushing a sales agenda. Alex did a great job on the maintenance of our system. He was thorough and very gladly let me watch while explaining what he was doing. Scheduling was easy and he even reached out to another tech to come out to work on an unrelated issue.
