SuperTech has maintained my commercial HVAC systems for over 10 years. Their entire staff are committed to performing quality work and their prices are very fair. Seth was courteous and professional, and did a quick and accurate job of diagnosing the problem with my 3.5 ton unit. He then presented me with several repair options so that I could pick the one which made the most sense for me. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to rely on SuperTech to maintain my HVAC systems.

Alfonso is great to work with. He obviously knows his stuff and he is personable and friendly besides. Today he "fixed" our furnace just by walking in! Yesterday morning it was making all kinds of screeching noises but was perfectly quiet when Alfonso came today and I turned it back on.

He ensured we understood how our system was operating, and easily explained preventative measures without pushing a sales agenda. We've had a complicated problem, and Mr. Zhang was the first of many technicians from other companies to understand the problem and offer potential solutions. He was professional, well-informed, and offered advice that wasn't aimed solely to upsell. We hope SuperTechHVAC stays in our area because of our experience with Mr. Zhang. 10 out of 5 stars!

Alex did a great job on the maintenance of our system. He was thorough and very gladly let me watch while explaining what he was doing. Scheduling was easy and he even reached out to another tech to come out to work on an unrelated issue.
