Heart install team came out today and did the complete install, very professional and easy to work with. Just A and Richard B, did a great job. I would use Heart again. Heart heating is a very quality driven company with fantastic employees. Customer service was great. Joel came out and looked over everything and explained my options from low cost to complete replacement. They were very patient with me since I don’t know much about HVAC. I felt they were very trustworthy. Riley came out and gave me a bid to do the replacement. Fair price for the work they will be doing.

Joel did an outstanding job during the maintenance check on our AC system. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He thoroughly inspected the system, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely customer-focused, and Joel definitely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-quality AC service.

Our tankless water heater needed repaired. Justin was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough, took his time and clearly explained the issues and options for repair. I would have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve had. We’ve had 3 other plumbers out to our home in recent years but Justin was the best. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Heart to everyone! We had a plumbing issue related to a grinder pump in our in-law suite where an aging relative is living. The pump was acting up and the pipes were not draining. Not all plumbers are able to work on plumbing connected to grinder pumps. I called Heart late afternoon yesterday and explained our issue. They confirmed they were skilled in working on grinder pumps and fit us in to the schedule for first thing this morning. The company texted a tracking app when the tech was on his way so we knew exactly when to expect him. Kevin the plumber also called to confirm he was on his way. Thankfully Kevin was able to fix the issue with our grinder pump and also put a camera through our drain pipes to determine any further drain issues. He provided us with valuable information on what we needed to do to maintain good drainage with our grinder pump. Kevin also gave us details on the maintenance package the company offers. Their program offers several inspections/maintenance items that are more than worth the annual fee and we will be signing up! It is great to have such amazing service and we will be using Heart for all our plumbing and HVAC maintenance in the future! Once again I highly recommend Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric!!!

I had a great experience with Joel R. from the start, he was incredibly kind and respectful, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he was very knowledgeable - his expertise showed in how quickly he diagnosed the issue and walked me through the solution. What really stood out was how thorough he was. He didn’t just fix the immediate problem; he checked the entire system to make sure everything was running efficiently and safely. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and genuine care for their work, but Joel R. definitely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
