“You can’t go wrong with these guys. They know window cleaning, patio cleaning, holiday lights, etc. if you are an “upfront customer,” that is to say, you communicate your expectations and preferences from the beginning, then you will not be disappointed. If you want to or feel the need to negotiate/discuss, then do it before the work begins. Remember, they are a business which is working in areas most of us would rather not, so tipping them is the customer’s option (I do), but how much are you willing to Not Pay and end up doing the work yourself? No, they might not be the thriftiest company nor cheapest, but I’ve used them for over 10 years, and I’ve never felt taken advantage of nor cheated. I even once texted the owner on Christmas Eve to say my outdoor lights went out (weather challenges), but he came over after his family gathering to work on them. No, he didn’t even ring our bell, because we were celebrating. How many companies can attest to this?”

“After installation and paying the bill, windows cleaning & more called me to refund part of the money, because of a minor error. The final cost was slightly lower than the original estimate. I haven’t seen any other company did this. They are so honest and trustworthy. The estimate, contract signing, and paying experience is seamless, they invested in customer experience and used advanced remote signing technology. Great company. The holiday lights installed are beautiful, brightest in our neighborhood. Thanks!”
