I requested an estimate for the upstairs flooring from the installer but no estimate was ever given for the upstairs flooring and he never came back. When I reached out to follow up on the next project I wanted completed, I spoke with lady in the office who stated she would get me an estimate but no estimate was ever provided to me so I had to go elsewhere to complete the work. I was also quoted different amounts from first quote to end fee due to molding that was added. Overall, the customer service I received from Absolute Flooring was poor.”
