We are very satisfied with our new fence—it looks amazing! Overall, we had a great experience. The first person we met was Bullet, the salesman. He was professional, and patient throughout the process. The only issue we experienced was a misunderstanding about how our neighbor's fence would be removed. Since this was our first time replacing a fence, we weren't sure how that process worked, and it wasn't clearly explained. It was simply a miscommunication. After we contacted Chris (who was excellent with staying in contact with us throughout the process in the beginning), he directed us back to Bullet, and from there everything moved forward smoothly. Victor and his crew did a fantastic job installing the fence. Their workmanship was excellent, and we are very pleased with the final result. If it hadn't been for the miscommunication regarding the neighbor's fence, I would have gladly given a 5-star rating. Even so, we would definitely consider using this company again. Now that we know the right questions to ask and won't make assumptions, we're confident the experience would be even better.

I just got a wrought iron gate with Texas Fence. They did a great job, very professional and skilled personnel. We had to deal with several days or rain, but the installation crew did their best to complete the project as fast as possible, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Many thanks to Bullet (sales), Chris (Project Manager), his installation crew , Chad (gate fabrication), and Gordon (access control tech).

This was our second time using Texas Fence. They installed a wood fence around our yard several years ago. This time we had an iron gate/fence installed across our breezeway. Bullet and Chris were very professional and it was a pleasure working with them. We love the design and look of the gate- thank you Chad. Victor and his crew did a great job at installing it and finished it in a timely manner( even though it was raining!)

The craftsmanship and overall quality truly stand out from other jobs I’ve seen. From the initial quote, to the final build… The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-executed. I have used Texas Fence several times to install wood privacy fences. Recently I had them add a new custom driveway gate and lattice fencing around our AC unit We worked with Troy Bender to build the perfect fence solution, who worked through lots of rounds of revisions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The project manager, Chris Bankston, was very responsive and found the perfect lattice which exactly matched our inspiration photos. The gate and fence came out beautifully and we are very happy!
