"The work crew, Juan and Omar, did a great job. However, we did not receive quality customer service from Jason Bauman. When contacted twice regarding a water leak in our ceiling caused to by the work crew, he never responded. Also, he forgot to include the cost of the custom glass shower in our estimate and when questioned, he told us we could find a contractor on our own. We received an estimate for a second bathroom project but based of our experience with Jason, we decided not to use their company. This is the primary reason why I would not recommend them for a bathroom remodeling project."
