Both of these are the Sub-Zero things. So, it was the freezer, and we did find a way to make it work well. I would grade them A-. I have used the book for quite a few things, and I have been very pleased with all of them.”

Then, about less than a month later, the same issue happened. I called, and they came back. Basically, it was just that the microwave needed to be replaced altogether, so they didn't charge me at all for the visit, and I appreciated that. They were great. They were responsive and prompt, and they could've completely charged me for the second visit—at least for the service call—but they didn't. They're an A+.”
