“The request was to replace shingles on the entire roof and put in new gutters and down spouts. They were prompt to respond. The representative, David Colbert, came well prepared and his information answered all my questions. (Shiner's was not the first company I had received assessment from.) The foreman in charge of the work kept me informed of the process and needs. There was on going communications both from the office and on-site. I am very satisfied with the work and my dealings with the company.”
