“No quality control. The install was rushed. When they pulled the old windows out they did not clean up before putting the new windows in. They put them in on top of the old dirt and grime that's been there for years. I caught them in the middle of it so then they cleaned up. When I called the owner, Don, he said they've already done half of it and it wouldn't make any sense for them to pull it all out and put it back in. He never came back to check the quality of the work that was done.”
