“The sales representative was aggressive with the sales pitch. I have a toddler who needed my attention and I asked him if we could speed up a little. His response was that I agreed to an hour with hearing about WHY window nation is the best choice. I had done my research and if I did not strongly consider, it would be a waste of our time. He was passively unsympathetic by sharing that he has 5 children at home while his wife takes care of the children so he knows how challenging it can be. That comment was not appreciated.”

“Apparently because I heard about them on the radio for many years, I decided to go with them. The lady that came over did not know about anything she said on the radio which means that we did not get the two-year financing interest free that was advertised. The presentation was good so we decided to go with them. It was scheduled for the date for the installation to take place. The guy that came in on the scheduled date, apparently, the one of the windows were broken in the warehouse. Nobody said anything prior to arriving. The guy that came over didn't know anything. His response, "I am just here to install windows."”

“I am unlikely to recommend Window Nation, in fact I am likely to detract anyone I know from using Window Nation. The sales pitch promises a level of professionalism that I haven't experienced and the issues I've brought up still haven't really been resolved or acknowledged. Instead of acknowledging our issues, which is a bare minimum expectation, we've been flooded with emails and calls to provide a review - but only a good review. These emails prompt us to call if there is any reason for us to give less than 5 stars, so I've tried to do so but still haven't heard back.”
