The sales pitch seemed to take forever as the first one was about 3 hours and when the QA guy came for follow up it was another hour and a half. They did not mention the soffits and fascia with the initial visit which led to having to do it after the gutters had already been put up and they had to be taken down and then reinstalled.”

“I have spoken with a quality manager about all the issue that I have. The window frames of the new and old ones are too small; blinds do not fit anymore. 3 out of the 4 can't use the blinds. There is no pvc on the outside, in which from the beginning I told them that I wanted so that it would match the rest of the windows that I have. They have a material that does not come close to matching what I have. 2 windows internally the frame is not flush to the house, a huge gap is at the top. I am not sure if it is because they just wanted them to be straight, but it does not look good. The quality assurance manager agreed with me. I am still waiting for someone to call me on when they will come and fit it.”

“It's pricey. I'm not convinced that it was worth it.”
“This company ROCKS. First, we did POWER windows and doors b/c of VERY high utility bills. However, POWER found rot at windows & told the bosses who came to look/evaluate. THANK GOD! The rot was far more extensive than windows and doors. Tha boss showed us where the 40+yr old vinyl siding was done wrong on our 100+ yr old house. Of course there was no house wrap, as it didn't exist back then. Drainage was so bad (we were shown where) that extensive work was needed to fix the many problems. Mold in the attic showed NO ventilation. DISINTEGRATED wood existed in many places. If POWER hadn't found this terribly big problem, our home would have continued to rot around us!”

“My issues are too numerous to list in this area. A quality service was presented to me for a higher price. And I received poor quality work for a higher price. Absolutely. None of this company will ever be recommended by me. I will activley take extra effort to make sure people do not use your company. I will go out of my way to make sure nobody that I know or anybody I can spread it to never uses your company. I would have been more satisfied with a fly-by-night Hack than I was with this overpriced install.”
“I didn't like their communication between me, and the project manager, to the crew. The crew were doing things that they're not supposed to do. The people who were doing the siding were climbing on the window that was taken out, so I had to tell them what to do.”
