“I contacted them to remove a snake and later, more snakes from inside the house, I agreed to have them begin treating for the mice outside the house monthly which turned out to be very expensive. Probably $4000 dollars or more later, after a couple of years, I had a snake that was caught on a glue board in the ceiling in my bedroom. I called for removal but was told they couldn't come until the next day. The only reason I ever got the service was to deal with the snakes in the house. Who can sleep with snakes crawling around above you. Makes for great horror movies not actually having it in your house. My next door neighbor came over, got the snake and then worked to release it from the glue board and set it on its way. Free to me. Secondly, I recommended the technical to a nearby neighbor who was hearing very loud sounds in his attic. The technician would not either return his call or come out. I can't remember which it was. Not feeling very warm about using you again nor ever recommending your service.”

“When I started using the services of Critter Control I was very satisfied with the service I received from Stephen Storrs. He was very responsive and attentive to my needs. That changed when he was injured and no was longer on call. The replacement personnel was unresponsive and un-attentive. I had to deal with the critter problems on my own making Critter Control unnecessary so I canceled the service.”

“The Critter Control people I dealt with were very professional and maintained the schedule for visits. However, although I was told that something was taking the bait from the bait stations, I still had new holes appearing in my lawn. I'm not sure the technicians knew exactly what was doing this. In any case, I think $80 to check bait stations was excessive for the amount of work done each visit since it did not seem to eliminate the problem. And I was not pleased with the fact that I had to sign a one year service agreement obligating me to continue an expensive treatment program that seemed only partly effective.”

“Critter Control was the second company I called. The first company I called was a total disaster. I called Critter Control because they were recommended to me. I cannot say anything negative about the technician, Derrick, that came out. I was satisfied with how he trapped and performed the removal of the wildlife, but I was even more satisfied with how he plugged the holes where the animals were getting in. I have had no problems since. I would recommend Critter Control for a first call.”
