"When we heard animals in our attic, we called TruTech for assistance. Someone came out the next day, verified that we did indeed have quite a party going on up there, including showing me photos of all of the places where our animal friends were entering and exiting. We started the process of getting the resident animals out, and once that was completed, all of the spots where they could enter or exit were sealed or protected. We’ve kept the monthly monitoring service in place ever since and have not had a single issue with any more creatures in our attic. TruTech is awesome - every person we’ve worked with has been professional and friendly. I highly recommend their services!"

"There was poor customer service when I tried calling the sales representative when things weren't done. He only called us back once. We couldn't get things resolved. The maintenance person called us but wouldn't do what they were supposed to do. I would only recommend Tyler. He kept us updated and did what he was supposed to. We paid a lot of money. This is not the service that I would expect to receive after paying over $3000."

"The technical expertise in actually solving my problem was outstanding. A squirrel found it's way into my attic and it took several tries to figure out where it was getting in and to get the area sealed. But your billing department was impossible to deal with. I got double-billed on several occasions and at the time, I couldn't pay online so I mailed credit card authorizations and they processed them and then charged me a late fee. I wrote to both the president and the VP of operations to try to encourage a better system and got absolutely no response, so in my opinion, that's extremely poor customer service. If I ever have a critter problem again, I will try to find somebody else. I've never had this much trouble on the financial end of a transaction with any company."
