AA Action was a life saver for me. In the begin of this year in DC we were hit with bad weather. Snow, Rain and Windstorm. Part of my basement wall was linking water of several different places. Contact AA Action Waterproofing the consultant came out to assess the problem. Told me what need to be done. The guys started work on 4/22 and finished 4/23/26. Part of my basement exterior was waterproof and also the outside of my home. The guys were professional, nice and answer all my questions that I had regarding the project. I would recommend this company to anyone who might need waterproofing done.

Steve and his team did a great job with thoroughly waterproofing my damp basement. Jordan from J&J Plumbing also did a great job re-attaching the water heater and attending to items that were separate from the waterproofing job. However, I did not expect that I would be charged extra for the washer/dryer and sink to be moved back into place. I was under the impression that was a given with such an expensive waterproofing job.

We are so thrilled with the service and quality of work for our recent waterproofing project. We initially had discovered mold in our basement. When we began the process of obtaining quotes, we also discovered a crack in the length of our basement wall. AA Action handled that assessment of the problem very professionally and honestly (including have an independent structural engineer give a second opinion). The work was scheduled about two weeks later and crew arrived on time and work was completed in promised time period. It was determined that we needed carbon fiber straps to reinforce the basement wall. The walls were cleaned, patched, the mold remediated, and straps installed without issue. We did run into an issue with dust and debris that made it's way into the main level in our home (due to initial improper sealing of the basement vents/doors). AA Action handled the issue promptly and professionally by cleaning the dust and debris and bringing in an industrial air scrubber into the basement and the main level of our home. We are so thrilled with the outcome of the work. This is not a fun project to have to invest in, but the peace of mind has paid off in dividends (especially with the lifetime transferable warranty of the work). I would not hesitate to hire AA Action for your waterproofing project.

Highly recommend AA Action Waterproofing. From the moment I called, I received great professional service from Ms. Rhonda on scheduling. Next, Mr. Coleman was flexible with scheduling and stopped by the house for an estimate. This company was the most qualified and best price for the service I required. Mr. Coleman is knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The crew did excellent work and was finished in two days. If you are planning a waterproofing project for your home at least call & get and estimate - you won’t regret it.👍🏽

Mike and his team did an excellent job. On day 1, he and his team had to contend with standing water. On day three, you can see that same area was totally transformed. I would highly recommend this company and Mike and his team to those who are looking for quality professional service.
