“PRINT QUOTE - It was water damage restoration. They were just nice guys, efficient, tidy, and clean—all that good stuff. They basically did what they needed to do, were smiley about it, and left. So that was good. I'd give them an A+. I can't imagine they could have done anything else. I would recommend them.”
“They did a good job. They were here stopping a leak. We had a leak in a pipe in the basement. They just did a good job. They had no problems. I'd say I'd give them an A+.”
“The experience was very positive. We had a water leak, and the ceiling opened up. And what they did was seal the ceiling with plastic and put in big fans to dry out all the floors and everything. They had them on for a couple or three days, and it dried everything out. They dried the ceiling out and all the floors and everything. They were just so efficient and so accommodating. They cleaned everything, and they did a good job. I'd give them an A+.”
“They cleaned my brother's apartment. There was mold. I liked that they got it done. I'd give them an A+.”
“Everything was fine with them. They started doing a demo. They took down the water damage in the walls and ceiling. They were great in all ways. I have no complaints. I'd give them an A+. I went to work, and they did all the demo. And they cleaned up and everything. It was cleaner than before they got there. They were good. It's very likely that I'll recommend them.”
“I had a leak, and they did some mold clean up. They were very good. I'd give them an A+.”
“I had water damage, and they came in and cleaned up the water. They were quick and fast, and they got everything done. I'd give them an A.”
“They did some water cleaning for the basement. They showed up when they said they were going to, did the job, were very professional, and did what they said they were going to do. They're an A, as far as I'm concerned.”
“I just had a problem with a clog at my business. They have a main line, and it was clogged. There was some water damage. It was OK. I'm satisfied with the service they do. I'd grade them an A.”
“We had a water problem. Our water heater broke down and caused a flood. ServiceMaster came in and took care of it very professionally. They made us feel comfortable. They checked on us every day to see if it was drying out the way that it was supposed to. We live in a condo, so we had to make sure there was no mold. And they took care of all that; I was very pleased. They were very courteous. I'd grade them an A. We already did recommend them.”
“First of all, they were here when they said they'd be here. They just would always tell me what they were doing—they'd give me a heads-up. They would call me. They were polite, they were courteous, and they did their job well. They did what they had to do. My water heater tank didn't work, so I was flooded. It was a mess because all the water came out of the whole tank all night. They had to pull up the rugs, they drilled holes into part of the walls, and they had to drain things and then dry it all out. They came, got all their stuff, and packed everything up that was wet and everything that was not wet. I'd give ServiceMaster an A+. ”
“They did some work about a year ago when we had that winter storm. They were very good. They were pretty quick and thorough. They had hazmat stuff when they went in the garage. They had the blowers in a couple rooms to get the wetness out. The roof inside the garage went out, and they pretty much took everything out. It was a two- or three-day ordeal. After that, it was mostly the blowers being in the room for two days. They did water damage and mold remediation. I'd rate them an A; they were very good. ”
“This was a year ago. They were great. They were quick and responsive, they did what they were supposed to do, and they left. There were no problems at all. There was water damage, so they helped clean up the water in a lot of different areas. They had to demolish some, take out insulation, and just do cleanup in that regard as well. There was some demolition involved in the impacted areas as well. I'm in the insurance business, so I'm familiar with them, and that's why I chose them. I would go with an A. ”
“They were very good. They were prompt—when they said they were going to be there, they were there. They got in, did what they had to do, and got out. I had a leak everywhere in my attic from my air conditioner. There were two companies available, and ServiceMaster was the one that could come; that's how I picked. I'd never had to deal with them before, but they were great. I'd give them an A. ”
“The guys were OK. They did their normal thing—they were getting out moisture that leaked in from the roof from an ice dam. They were assigned by the insurance company. They should get an A grade.”
“The gentleman who came to my home made the experience positive. They had to do water extraction from a carpet in the basement. I chose them because they're only company that I know of. I'd rate them as an A.”
“Things were resolved quickly. They had dehumidifiers and fans in to dry out a hardwood kitchen floor—it was water damage remediation. I went with them based on a recommendation from an insurance company. I'd rate their company an A.”
“They were quick. They came the same day. They seemed very thorough and seemed to know what they were doing. We had a water leak in the basement—a pipe leak. They came immediately, but then they came back. It took probably a week to get done. I would tell friends to call them. I'll give them an A. ”
“They're very good. The last time they were here, they didn't move a few things they normally would have, but they came right back when I called the office. My mother had some water damage from her ceiling two or three years ago; she was happy with what they did, and I think I would recommend them. I'd give them an A. ”
“They were fine—very good. I just thought they were efficient; they got in and got out. They were just checking for mold and problems after the water damage. An A is a fine grade for them.”
“They did some work for me last year. They came when they were supposed to, they did the job they said they would do, and they were polite. They were great. They did what they were supposed to do, and they were nice through the whole process. They did a couple things for us. We had problems with water, so they had to put holes in the wall and remove wood. Then, they set up fans to dry it all out, and they cleaned it all up. That was in several rooms. They were also hired to look for mold, and they did whatever they needed to do to take care of it, remove it, and treat the area. I'd give them an A. ”
“It was fine. I was very pleased. They did their job—it was water damage and remediation.”
“Once they got the OK to finally come out, they took care of things as quickly as they could. I was very nervous about mold, and they put my mind at ease by checking everything out downstairs and making sure there was no mold present. When you have something like that happen, and you're nervous enough, they just take care of it real quick, and they're in and out. I just happened to be local, so I picked them. I'd rate ServiceMaster an A. ”
“ServiceMaster did a great job. I liked everything they did. They were very professional and got everything as clean as they could. They did a real nice job. They had to take out ceilings in one room, the walls, part of the ceiling in the bathroom and hallway, and part of a wall of a bathroom. That was for water damage and mold remediation. They get an A.”
“They did work for me. They were just very good and very cooperative, and they explained everything very good. They had to take up two of my floors; they had to take some of the plywood out as well as some of the cabinets because of mold. My insurance company recommended them. They're an A. ”
“They did water damage and mold remediation. I'd give them an A.”
“They were great. They were efficient, they showed up on time, they were very clean, and they did a great job. A—no complaints. They did water damage and mold remediation.”
“They were prompt, and they listened. It was a flood, so they took care of water damage and mold remediation. I chose them because I'd used them before. They were an A.”
“They came when I needed them, and they stayed until it was finished. I would certainly recommend ServiceMaster. I had significant winter water damage, and they basically dried out. I had a three-season porch with tongue-and-groove paneling, and they dried it and had to take up the carpeting and the pads. They did all that. They were A-rate. They were efficient.”
“They came and did a bunch of work. They showed up, and they were nice and clean. We had water issues at our house where a washing machine drain came loose on the second floor and dripped down into the first floor, so they had to rip out a ceiling. They had to have fans that dried everything out, and they worked tirelessly over a period of time in order to get that taken care of. My insurance company said to call them. I'll rate them an A.”
“They were in and out quickly, and they cleaned up. I didn't pick them; the insurance adjuster did. We had some flooding. I'll rate them an A.”
“They were very prompt, and they were on time. The two people that came out to do the work were very nice people, and they did it in a very prompt, timely manner. They pulled carpet and padding up off the floor and put in blowers and dryers to dry the floors and walls. They were done by Wednesday—they came out on Monday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon, they came to pick up all the equipment. I would recommend them, and I'd give them an A grade. ”
“They did a good job. To be honest, we had them come in because the prior people doing the work did a poor job. We actually weren't living in the house. They did the job, and it was what they were supposed to do. They had to remediate three rooms in our house. Our third-party private adjuster is where we found them. I'd give them an A. ”
“Somebody did come from ServiceMaster, a husband-and-wife team, and they did a heck of a job. They're very cooperative. They listened to my wife make some requests, and they carried them forth; it was a very worthwhile situation. They did some very difficult cleaning. They did toilets and things of this nature, which most places won't touch. As I said, they did a heck of a job. There were no difficulties. I would bring them back again—they're nice people.”
“ServiceMaster was great. The guys were professional and very efficient, and they knew what they were doing. They got rid of all the mess in a day, which was great. I had water damage in a basement, but it looks perfect the way they left it—unbelievable. They get an A+.”
“ServiceMaster had very, very kind young men. They did a wonderful job, and they were very protective of our pets. They should be recommended. They did everything, and it looks great. They found more problems than they expected, and they were courteous enough to take care of it with the insurance adjuster. They removed the mold. I'd give them beyond an A+.”
“They were awesome. There was a leak in a wall, which caused sewage to come into the cellar. They cleaned up all that and got rid of stuff that was damaged. I'm very pleased. They're an A.”
“I would say it was perfect. They came for water damage. I'd give them an A. The guys who came were excellent. I appreciated the support. Stephen was one of the managers, and he was excellent as well. ”
“I'd say they were excellent—no complaints. They were perfect. I'd have these guys again in a minute. They did water damage recovery for me.”
“We had a wonderful experience. They came on time, they left promptly, and they did what they were supposed to. They had to clean out one room. It was water damage and mold remediation. They were recommended. They're an A for sure.”
“The work was excellent—no complaints. They did a pretty good job. They did water damage recovery.”
“They were pretty fast and efficient. They did water damage recovery. They just dried the place out—that sort of thing. They put three days' worth of dehumidifiers in there, and the job looks good today. I'd tell friends that ServiceMaster was good. I'd give them an A+ grade. ”
“They were very good. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with them. They took down walls and ceilings, removed all the construction debris, and removed mold. They get an A. ”
“The workers that were here did a really nice job. They had to work on some basement flooding. I'd give them an A. I was very pleased with them.”
“I had a very satisfactory experience. They were very prompt, they were very thorough, and they were very encouraging and very professional. I had a roof leak that went down into my bedroom wall and carpeting, so they did water damage remediation. I would rate them an A.”
“I think the owner was very accessible. He basically did what he said he was going to do, and every day, he would update us. They're very professional. We had water damage—we had a frozen pipe burst—and so our kitchen, living room, and bathroom were destroyed. It took about ten days for them to clean up. I would definitely recommend them. They earned an A grade. ”
“The guys seemed to be pretty professional. They knew what they were doing. They were pleasant to talk with and courteous, and they seemed to do a good job. There was a broken water pipe, so they had to basically rip out the kitchen ceiling, walls, and floor as well as some in the bathroom—it was a lot of water mitigation. I would say they're an A. ”
