“We strongly recommend IDP Tile. John, the owner, did all the work himself demolishing a shower that had a shower pan leak and replacing the shower pan, walls, tile, etc. He took all of the heavy materials up and down 2.5 steep flights of stairs without so much as a scuff on the wall. He was very kind, responsive and communicative. He took great care with our home and kept everything very clean—leaving no mess at the end of each work day. He did meticulous work and gave us recommendations, upon request, that were excellent. We were able to work from home without disruption. He is so quiet—it felt like he was tiptoeing up and down our wood stairs! He started and ended on time as well and charged us what he originally bid. We also appreciated his willingness to mask in our home throughout the entire project. Before he even finished the work we came up with another project for him to complete because he is so unobtrusive when he works. He’s a real craftsperson. We appreciated that IDP has liability insurance as well.”

“Outstanding experience. The owner is the technician, and he's trained, highly efficient, cleaned and protected my bathroom as he did repairs every day, and kept me informed. We had a shower tile—the floor in the shower had not been properly installed by a previous contractor years ago, and water was leaking out and through the wall and damaging the floor. So, we had an insurance claim, and he disassembled everything and showed me where the mistakes were made, and he put it back together the correct way and showed me as he was doing it. He's an A+, without question, and I chose him specifically because of his high ratings and I wanted it done correctly. I spent more money, but for the aggravation that I experienced with the incorrect installation and the damage to my house, it was not even worth it to fool around with anybody but the best. He phoned me every day, laid out material on the floor so we didn't damage anything. It was awesome.”
