We had a great experience with Shiner Exteriors on our recent roof replacement. Ryan provided the estimate and was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Cristian also did a great job overseeing the project on site and making sure everything went smoothly. There was a small hiccup during the installation, but the team identified the issue quickly and had it completely resolved within 24 hours. I was impressed with how they handled it. Overall, we’re very happy with the finished roof and the level of service we received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shiner Exteriors to friends and family.

I chose Shiner to replace a roof on my Vienna home many years ago and was delighted with the result. This time, I was selling my home and the HOA required some roof repairs, which were done promptly and immediately satisfied HOA's needs. Settlement was timely. Our buyer, as well as myself as the owner, are both once again are pleased with the results. Thanks for a job very well done. Kate McDaniel

Cris and the crew were professional, prompt, polite and courteous. They were respectful of my property while doing an excellent job. My roof looks wonderful with improvements. The cleanup was great and they even came out the morning after checking for debris and refreshed the lawn. Highly recommend Shiner's... Thank you Bill for completing a detailed inspection addressing issues that are now resolved.

We just had a partial roof replacement which included replacing a skylight. The crew headed by Cris did an excellent job. They were prompt, polite, and efficient on a hot day. We will be glad to recommend Shiner to our neighbors.

Shiner was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Our windows were a little unusual and they handled the replacement with expertise and patience. Their prices were very competitive. I highly recommend Shiner.
