“Job completed in October. In December, parts were see to have fallen off. Support pieces under the bottom horizontal rails and the collars around the posts (where the post meets the decking) broken and falling off. Called Dec. 18, was told "a crew will there tomorrow". Currently Jan 6, no crew, no call or update. Having the deck falling apart after only 2 months is very disappointing considering the price we paid. We understand it's winter, and we understand scheduling is a challenge, but a phone call with accurate information and updates when changes happen is what we expect.”

The experience with them starts with a client coordinator through quoting and a dedicated project manager for the work which is a significantly better experience than many contractor or service companies we've worked with.”

“It was quick. They respected my method of communication at the initial scheduling ( I hate phone calls. I do not talk on the phone unless I absolutely need to). They handled all of the paperwork, permits, etc. They checked in frequently. Jay even responded while he was on vacation (I didnt know he was in vacation when I messaged him.) John checked in frequently via email which is how I would prefer it, and when extra materials were left he personally collected them so they were no longer in the way. I have given their information to my coworkers who are looking for their porch to be redone.”

“Capital Construction installed a simple set of outdoor stairs and small deck at top of landing. Overall, the end product was fine. However, it was very expensive and we were disappointed in what we thought we were going to get, after initially discussing with salesperson, and what was ultimately installed.”
