William did an excellent job on our siding. He double checked on things to make sure we got what we wanted, they left the grounds clean and swept, communicated well, and he even went above and beyond by putting the new lighting that we have been meaning to update in when they put the lights back on. I love the new look and now we have to update the garage, front door, and landscaping to match!

I am so happy that I chose Allied Siding & Windows to replace my old windows and siding almost 3 years ago. I only recently created a Google account, and I wish I could have shared this review much earlier because this company truly deserves it. Back when I was looking for the right company, I heard good things about Allied from a couple of friends and even a neighbor. After comparing products and prices with several companies, Allied was clearly the best match for what I needed — and at a much better price. I’m very glad I met Tim, the sales representative. He took his time to show me all the window and siding options and helped me choose what would fit my home best. When the job was done, my home looked completely refreshed and beautiful — and it still looks great today. Recently, one of my window panes broke for a reason I still don’t know. I called Allied for help, and I spoke with a very kind lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name). She was so nice and explained that I didn’t have to pay for new glass — it was still under warranty. She then connected me with their warranty department. From there, everything continued to be a wonderful experience. I was extremely impressed when I later met Austen McCoy, the product manager. He was friendly, patient, and professional — just like everyone else I have spoken with at Allied. Even after almost 3 years since the installation, he took the time to explain how to file the warranty claim. He guided me step-by-step over the phone, helping me find the correct size, code, and glass type to submit to the warranty company. Then he followed up with a detailed email explaining what to expect, how long the replacement would take, and that he would help arrange installation once the window arrived. And they delivered exactly what they promised. I received the replacement glass, and my window looks brand-new again. I am so happy. This is truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. My friends and neighbors agree that Allied Siding & Windows is the best company in town, and many of them now keep this company at the top of their list. I am even planning to add a pergola or covered patio in my backyard for more shade soon — and I will definitely call Allied again. Thank you so much, Austen! 100% recommend Allied Siding & Windows to everyone.

Siding replacement and paint work, very professional. They worked really hard and did a great job on my house. It looks like a new build! William and Tim kept us informed the whole project. So glad we got this done with a company that knows what they are doing.

We used Allied to replace our windows and siding (hardiplank). We were beyond satisfied with the outcome. Edgar did a wonderful job with our windows. Diego always kept us in the loop on the status of our house. Diego and his crew were very respectful and very hard workers. Great experience from beginning to end! Salesperson, Tim, was always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his product AND that of his competition. Edgar and his team did the installation and we couldn't be happier with his efficiency and professionalism! I can't think of a single thing that I would have liked to have been done differently. HIGHLY recommend Allied for windows!
