Remedy did a great job on our roof replacement and gutter upgrades. They were extremely helpful providing guidance with the claim process when the insurance company denied our claim. They are a professional organization and I highly recommend them.

Remedy Roofing just replaced my 15 year old roof. They did a quality job and I feel confident that it will last many years. I want to especially compliment the 7 person crew who did the work. They were friendly and respectful at all times. And they worked really hard. Also, the two superintendents, Lee and Will were really good to work with. Clear in all communications and on top of all work being done. My only area for improvement is in the estimate for amount of time to complete the work. The initial estimate was 1 1/2 days. It actually took 3 - 15 hour days to complete. There were no interruptions for weather or anything else that caused delays. When an estimate is provided, it should be more accurate. People develop expectations based on these estimates. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the job and would recommend Remedy Roofing to others.

I spoke with multiple companies before making a decision and I am glad that hired Remedy Roofing to replace my roof in Houston Harris County after experiencing shingle loss and leaks from storms. Kohl was patient and kindly responded to questions and Lori, Doug, and Jason was supportive behind the scenes. The work team arrived around 6:30am and was done by 5pm. They cleaned up and came back for quality control the next day. I am pleased with my decision and could you believe I even pull out the driveway and think... "That's a mighty fine roof ya got there"... I guess this is the next stage of adulting. Thank you!

We have hired Remedy Roofing to replace our roof. So far, (6/10/26) the process has been informative and painless. Jarred Fancher has been attentive and provided great customer service. Once the work is done, I will update this review.

In the world of everyone with a truck claiming to be a roofer it is extremely hard to find a reputable business and people. I revived three other quotes from reputable contractors and RR was very competitive and Klint project manager was extremely easy to work with. He is man of his word and made sure everything to be performed at highest level possible. His team took their time to install my roof and unlike one day in and out roofers they rather paid attention to the detail and performed a great job. My roof looks amazing and looking forward to use it for many years to come. Thank you Klint and Thank you Remedy Roofing!!!!
