Remedy did a great job on our roof replacement and gutter upgrades. They were extremely helpful providing guidance with the claim process when the insurance company denied our claim. They are a professional organization and I highly recommend them.

We have hired Remedy Roofing to replace our roof. So far, (6/10/26) the process has been informative and painless. Jarred Fancher has been attentive and provided great customer service. Once the work is done, I will update this review.

My first contact with Remedy Roofing was with their salesmen Trey and BJ. They answered all of my questions in detail. Prices were reasonable. The replacement of my roof was done in one day. The materials and workmanship were excellent. Trey followed up to verify all work was satisfactory completed.

Remedy Roofing just replaced my 15 year old roof. They did a quality job and I feel confident that it will last many years. I want to especially compliment the 7 person crew who did the work. They were friendly and respectful at all times. And they worked really hard. Also, the two superintendents, Lee and Will were really good to work with. Clear in all communications and on top of all work being done. My only area for improvement is in the estimate for amount of time to complete the work. The initial estimate was 1 1/2 days. It actually took 3 - 15 hour days to complete. There were no interruptions for weather or anything else that caused delays. When an estimate is provided, it should be more accurate. People develop expectations based on these estimates. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the job and would recommend Remedy Roofing to others.

The job done was fine. However, the management of the project required that i monitor the job and hold the crew to deliver what was promised. Specifically, to remove, clean and reinstall the rain gutters. In addition, the replacement of obviously end of life decking. This in addition to a heavy handed and less than friendly back office led to a poor overall experience.
