Unfortunately, our experience with United Home Experts on a large window installation project has been extremely disappointing. Poor workmanship and property damage: The crew initially installed 11 of 16 windows in the wrong locations. While they were eventually able to swap them, we then discovered that 2 required tempered windows were never ordered, despite a change order being submitted for permit requirements. Five weeks later, we are still waiting for them. The installation also damaged our exterior siding. Although the office initially said damaged sections should be replaced, the crew instead attempted to caulk some areas while leaving other damage as open holes. Window trim is inconsistent from window to window and even from side to side on individual windows. When raised, we were told correcting it would take too long and that the installation was technically waterproof. That may address function, but it doesn't address the poor appearance or craftsmanship. Cleanup was also unacceptable. We continue to find nails, glass shards, insulation, and dried caulking around the property. Three large evergreen bushes were also trampled and could not be salvaged. Communication has been a major issue. Emails often went unanswered, requiring repeated phone calls. Most frustratingly, we were contacted about making final payment while the two tempered windows were still missing. The office was then unclear about whether they had been ordered or were even needed, despite a technician already confirming five weeks earlier that they were required and had not been ordered. Interior issues: A plaster repair cracked within 48 hours and has since fallen out, leaving holes in our walls. Interior trim was also left with unfilled nail holes and does not appear to be paint-ready. The windows were not cleaned after installation either. Our biggest disappointment is the proposed resolution: essentially a 1–2% discount, which doesn't come close to the cost of repairing the damage and correcting the workmanship, or a discounted, but not fully, new siding replacement project. We've also been told some issues are "cosmetic" because they aren't structural. Cosmetic issues still matter when you're paying for a major home improvement project. If you're considering a large project, especially window installation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The installation errors, property damage, unfinished work, cleanup, and communication issues have made this a very frustrating experience.

What’s impressed me most is Mike’s integrity. That kind of sustained commitment to a homeowner speaks volumes about his character and the culture United Home Experts has built. If you’re considering Everlast siding or any major exterior renovation, United Home Experts should be your first call. Ask for Mike. Their reputation as Everlast specialists is well-earned, and their trustworthiness is the real differentiator. This company is doing everything right.

Avoid for siding - fine for doors & windows. We used UHE to replace our entry door and two large picture windows. That experience was positive and we were happy with the work, which led us to use them for our siding — first a portion of the house, then the whole house. Our experience with the siding project was a frustrating and costly ordeal. Before moving forward with the full house, we met with the owner to share feedback on no-shows, work quality issues, and billing problems. Despite that conversation, things got progressively worse. There were repeated no-shows, crews arriving late and working in the dark, and most troubling, family members on the work site assisting with the job (see 1st photo). They also damaged the interior walls of our home (see 2nd photo — hand included for scale). While they did eventually fix the damage, we had to constantly chase them to show up, and ultimately I painted the walls myself after weeks of failed follow-ups. The site cleanup was unacceptable — with young children at home, finding nails, screws, and razor blades scattered everywhere was a serious hazard. They also left trash stuffed in our bushes, including takeout containers/utensils, soda bottles, and plastic bags. For smaller work like doors and windows, they may be fine — but I would strongly avoid them for any large-scale project. The project management is poor and the pride in their work is simply not there. UPDATE: UHE did send a technician to close out the remaining punch-list items. Andrew was great - but it doesn't cancel out the issues above.

We have chosen United Home Experts for two projects - a door and house siding - and are very pleased with the work. The crews worked steadily throughout the projects and attended to every detail. The house looks great. This company's staff is a pleasure to work with. Mike, our sales rep, gave us all the information we needed to choose the products and materials for the jobs. Brian, our project manager, was in constant communication,: he listened to our concerns, oversaw each project personally, returned calls promptly and was consistently professional and courteous.

UHE did a fantastic job replacing the windows in our home. Their team was very professional, worked fast, and left the work area completely clean. The new windows look amazing, seal tightly, and have already made our house much quieter and cooler. We couldn’t be happier!
