“aSalesman visited in June. We agreed to have the work done. #1we were told they would start work last week of July. We weren't happy with that but agreed to it. I called for an update on July 28 and was told eta would be late August. Not happy at all as I already paid 1/3. Then I was told there was an issue with the vanity. New eta 9/29.. Now I'm a very pissed off customer. They came on 9/29 worked on it for 3 days and was told someone will be back to finish..to this day it's 90% complete. BUT NOT COMPLETE!!! My mistake is that I paid the balance of the job. I regret that. Maybe if you were waiting for the second payment it would be done with.Newpro will not get a referral from me or anyone I talk to. ...Regards, Disgruntled Customer, William Dillon”

“There was a big mess left behind by the installation crew which took over an hour for me to clean up. They also apparently thought it would be funny to disconnect our security camera and put it in a mouse bait box in the cellar. The stupid part of this was the camera was active when they took it down so we can clearly hear them and it recorded right up to when they unplugged it and put it in another area and hid it in a mouse bait box.”
“Overall, the experience was not worth the price paid. There was a lack of communication throughout the process. The frustration of not hearing from the team from deposit until start of the project, to the fact that I spoke with Bryan Galas about needing to change a date of service, only to have that not reach Damien, so he drove down from Massachusetts when I wasn’t home, to the fact that the shower door is still missing the magnetic strip to help keep the door closed (was told I’d hear in a few days and I have not heard 2 weeks later).”

“My wife and I ended up going with NEWPRO because of their presentation and explanation of how they were a bigger company. Sometimes smaller companies take on more jobs than they can handle, and those jobs take longer. NEWPRO told us they were a bigger company and they had all the resources available to make sure that we were taken care of and our job was done in a timely manner. There were a few issues that popped up with our job. They were true to their word and took care of things as problems arose.”

“There is a major pending situation regarding the job at my bedroom window work. I don't like how the interior of my bedroom window looks like. It has nothing to do with the amazing quality that the sales representative told me I would pay for and be receiving. It is TOTALLY deceiving that my living room window had all new trimmings installed contrary to my bedroom. I was NEVER called attention for such a fact. The job has an extremely low quality. Why haven't I been explained that just a small portion of the trimmings was being quoted? Besides, they added a small piece of would to cover an area from the old window and left it messy and other areas as well. I DID NOT BUY THAT CREPE JOB. Additionally, after agreeing and signing on one price, I was asked for more money. It is wrong. It wasn't my fault they did not know. Still, against my will, the payment was made. There were plenty of opportunity ti LMK that the interior trimming would be left undone and disgusting as it is. Newpro has been contacted on the matter for a few days now. I was told that someone would be reaching out to me and nothing. NOW: the remaining of the job looks GREAT. It definitely represents the high quality that I was told I would be getting. At least, so far, I cannot complain. I hope that as time goes on, there will not be a change on how it looks. Right now I am mad. My bedroom remains a mess with everything in need to be put back to its place and no response from the company. Very upset how the situation is being handled in a moment that I am dealing with medical issues.”

“I was pleased with the man who came and did the work. It was excellent job. The management of the job was not good. They did not call me for months, and I waited for an appointment. I finally got an email response saying they are on top of it and taking care of it, and I discovered they were not. The person who came to do the sale should have asked questions but he did not have the correct answers. I have someone else out to correct the problems. It has taken them awhile to correct the problems.”
“NEWPRO is very fast. It is tough because I do have some issues. There were a bunch of materials left here. The crew that did the work was very fast. They are great at what they do. It is tough because the work they do when they are actively doing it, the building of the doors, is especially good. The quality of the siding is very good. The materials are excellent. But, there was a pallet of stuff left on the side that I am still trying to figure out what to do with. The laborers were wonderful. The guys who did the actual work were wonderful.”

They told me that once it hits the warehouse, it would be shipped out to me. I would like to know where the part is and would like to know when I will be getting it.”

“The process of ordering was great and the sales rep was good and as far as I can tell the roof I stall was good quality there are a few spots with the siding I question and definitely wasn't happy that they knocked out the power to my garage and didn't tell me so I couldn't open my garage. There was no communication during the days leading up to install and when I tried to contact someone if I got a response it took a while. The day of install no one showed up and when I called after them being 45min late I was told they changed the install due to weather. Well that would be nice to now as I am waiting at home for them to arrive. Then when I tried to find out about the partial siding Install it was like pulling teeth to get answers. I had no set number or person to contact about any parts of my project. The one email I had for Brad (a higher up) must have gotten tired of my emails and the last one he sent me was very rude. I had used new pro about 11 years ago for a few windows and was disappointed then. I was hoping for an improvement after so many years but nope.”

“Small jobs are good. A large job of $90600 +, not so much. Although I have paid my bill in full I WILL NEVER sign off on the siding faux stone potion. After NewPro team said thd job was complete, I contacted them numerous times with problems. Suspect work.”

“Everybody from Josiah, the Design Consultant, to the Installation team were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. On the day(s) of installation the team arrived within the time I was given. They introduced themselves to me, explained the process, got straight to work, answered questions I had, and calmed my nerves. They cleaned up as they went and made sure to cleaned up at the end too.”

“I’m dealing with an issue around the bay window. The stain on the windowsill and the area in front of it didn’t take well. There was a lot of dew left behind, and I couldn’t get it off, so now the stain did not take well on the wood. That’s one thing I’m disappointed in, but I’m making it work somehow.”
