“Everyone at Capital Construction were really a very friendly employee.We have had a lot of people telling us how great our house looks now.The old siding was over 30 years old .In the near future we are going to have Capital Construction replace a couple doors.”

“We had rust in the shower from the installer using steel screws. I replaced the two screws that were rusting on the door. Now the hardware used on the seat is rusting and leaving streaks in the shower. I am very disappointed that the hardware was not stainless steel at the price we paid for this.”

“Almost everyone at the installation was perfect. They were gentlemen who cleaned everything and were excellent. They let us know when things didn't work and what had to happen. One thing I didn't like was that we weren't notified until the day of the install that the glass was not sent correctly. They gave us a shower rod, and we had to buy a hook because of their neglect. They ordered the wrong size, and we had to wait two weeks to get the right one.”

“Both of my parents are very ill and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was easy to work with from start to finish throughout the process. They were very respectful of my parents' needs. They helped us make the right decisions. They helped us get my stepfather in and out of the bathroom during the remodel. It was not stressful at all and I am very happy with the result.”

“From the moment their salesperson Mike Bettencourt contacted me I knew the company was a decent one. I didn't feel pressured at all. We met with him; he showed us everything that would be put on our roof and explained why. Then gave us the price and we nearly choked. BUT in all fairness, we had no idea what it would cost. Our neighbor told us what his cost but that was 6-7 years ago. Costs have changed since then so we knew it seemed fair, plus we needed a skylight replaced. Our roof was original to our home, and it was leaking. We told him our most important factors, and this company met each one. They communicated every step of the way. When things were done, they didn't just walk away. We got 2 phone call making sure we completely satisfied with the work. My husband and I are 1000% satisfied with our experience with this company and if we ever needed anything done that is in their line would definitely call them first. They are fair and highly skilled.”

“I was not at the site - my contractor and property management company were. The lockbox was broken at least once. The port-a-john was left unlocked and open to (and experienced) unwelcome guests. It also took longer to remove than I was told. Thge final product was very good and the building looks great. But at times - including the endless phonecalls and emails to fill out this survey which I really do not like filling out generally - I felt that the company was aggressive and pushy. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and efficient, but I just think if aa customer does nto want to fill out a survey, you should just leave it alone.”

“We are very happy with the product so far. It was installed perfectly, attention to detail, they consulted me periodically throughout the process to ask how I would like the accessories to be done. I was very happy that they were able to install flooring the same day and did a very good job of it. They were thoughtful, pleasant, polite and cleaned everything up as they went along. We were thrilled that they got it done in one day!”
