We recently hired A&A Services to replace our cedar shake siding with vinyl. While we had sought quotes from other companies in the past, we were always dissuaded by the pricing. Ed, whom we’ve trusted for previous projects, came out and listened to what my wife and I wanted. He developed a reasonably priced quote that met all our requirements. The siding crew, Leo and Luis, was fantastic. They were consistently on time and meticulous in their craft. I followed their progress daily and was impressed to see that any minor items of concern were addressed proactively—often before I even had the chance to bring them up. Their professionalism was further reflected in their daily clean-up; they left our property tidy every single afternoon. During the siding installation, the team identified an underlying issue with our roof. Given its age, we opted for a full replacement. A separate roofing crew arrived just days after the siding was finished. They stripped the old roof, added a waterproof membrane, and installed the new shingles—all in a single day. Just like the first crew, they left the property in pristine condition. If you’re looking for a contractor that is reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of your home, I highly recommend A&A Services.

A & A Services installed new sliding doors and removed the old ones. I am so pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner. Everything from start to finish was handled perfectly - there was never a concern about anything. I can certainly recommend A & A services for quality work.

The AA crew is top notch, from top to bottom. Every person that I worked with or worked on my home was fantastic. I had two skylights replaced and a few long stretches of gutter fully replaced, including the fascia. While the crew was here they took the time to look at some flashing for me - they knocked it out on the spot. They also took a hard look at a structural post for me - taking exterior siding off to inspect and fix incorrectly installed flashed and then advise me from there what to look for and when to call them back. From start to finish, the crew was hard working, helpful, knowledgeable and above all, caring in answer my questions as a new home owner. They’ll be my first call in the next round of work on my homes exterior. I simply cannot thank them enough for the work on my home.

To prevent recurrence of the ice-dam damage in my kitchen this winter and in 2015, I hired A&A Services recently to install new roofing on the rear of my house and on my rear enclosed porch, as well as to replace a damaged corner block of siding. The salesman carefully explained the various roofing layers. The estimate for project start date was accurate, and the costs were reasonable. The 5-man crew showed me rotted wood that needed replacement, and final pictures of my new roof and vent. The cleanup for the one day operation was also good. Aurel also added caulking to a small area on my porch, raised the porch door threshold to prevent water leaks, and returned another day to successfully get my upstairs shower ceiling fan\light working well again after the roofing operation. I am very pleased that these jobs were done well, and highly recommend this professional and skilled company.

Ed arrived promptly at the scheduled time for an estimate and the project was easy and flawless from then on. The entire experience was exceptional beginning with the estimate to the completion of the project. I had two windows replaced. Ed took the measurements, discussed what my options were, and explained the process very well. The windows arrived in the time frame that Ed said they would and the replacement work was fantastic. In order to remove and replace one of the windows, the installers had to take down and re-mount a TV that was in the way of one of the windows. They did a very good job with the entire project. It was a quality installation. Ed was the icing on the cake for the whole project. His advice was extraordinary. I told Ed what my plans were for the house and the advice Ed gave me from a homeowner perspective was prophetic. I have more projects that need to be done and I plan to use A&A for those projects.
