"We have had Parrish for a year. What we have learned over that time is that you pay for the membership and you get your maintenance. When they identify repairs that may be needed the cost of their estimates are usually twice as high as other reputable service companies in the area. That is with the member discount that they give you with their quotes."

"It started out fairly well, but then the county inspector failed us on inspection. We had a difficult time getting responses from the company to arrange for corrective action. The installer was argumentative, and aggressive in his comments and demeanor and when the work was finally completed to the satisfaction of the inspector, he left our house with the unit turned off. We woke up to cold water and had to restart it ourselves."

"I have being using Parrish for years so don't know another service to compare them to. I don't know if other companies try to see additional products. My number # complaint is that they always recommend a service(s) that are nice to do, but not necessary. Usually they cost $500+. I believe in PM, but not in fixing things that aren't broken. This time they wouldn't put in my replacement humidifier filer because they want me to take out a another contract for my humidifier. This is something new."
