“Your prices are way too high. You quoted me $500.00 to replace the pressure release valve on my hot water heater. I did it myself for less than 30.00 parts and it took all of 15 minutes to replace. Most of the time spent was waiting to drain the tank below the level of the valve. I would have agreed to 150.00 due to labor but not 500.00.”

“We have had Parrish for a year. What we have learned over that time is that you pay for the membership and you get your maintenance. When they identify repairs that may be needed the cost of their estimates are usually twice as high as other reputable service companies in the area. That is with the member discount that they give you with their quotes.”

“It started out fairly well, but then the county inspector failed us on inspection. We had a difficult time getting responses from the company to arrange for corrective action. The installer was argumentative, and aggressive in his comments and demeanor and when the work was finally completed to the satisfaction of the inspector, he left our house with the unit turned off. We woke up to cold water and had to restart it ourselves.”
