“My toilet leaked after the repair and the plumber did not return as scheduled the next day. The plumber who came 2 days later charged an additional cost when the leak was attributed to work completed by the initial plumber.”
“I requested a $45 diagnostic visit for a presumed sump pump issue. The plumber ascertained in 5 minutes that it was not the sump pump and told me I would need to pay $355 for a more thorough investigation. After 20 minutes he found the problem and wanted to replace many boiler parts for $2500+. I decided to get another opinion (and subsequently had two different companies quote a fraction of this) but still owed $355 for 20 minutes of looking around. Don't waste your money and go elsewhere from the start.”

“I would recommend My Plumber Plus to a friend. We will personally ask for the technician that was assigned to our project for any future services. He was excellent.”
“I contracted them to clean my ducts. Their technicians broke my evaporator coil which resulted in me needing to replace my entire HVAC system. My Plumber Plus did give me a discount for having to replace my HVAC system. They had good technicians, but overall, no one expects to have ducts cleaned and then have to replace their entire system.”

“For the time I have had my membership and have done business with My Plumber it has never cost me below $550, and in thinking I could have researched and gotten a lower price elsewhere. But each time I schedule even the maintenance follow-up it's still the same thing and when they leave it's always something else that need to be handled and the cost is over $500.”
“The tub is draining just fine. However, despite work (and new parts) on the toilet, it is still not flushing properly. Perhaps a return visit is in order -- to confirm or deny whether the toilet can, in fact, be fixed, or I should buy a new one.”
