“Plumber was here to check for a leak either inside or outside. He did not find a leak inside - but quoted me $6,000 to change some valves and a water heater. I showed him where the outdoor water meter was. He checked it, but forgot to turn the main water off first. He said he would contact the outdoor plumbing team - but I didn’t hear from them - so I called Plumber plus 2-3 times to schedule an appointment and then to check why they didn’t show up. Almost a week later - still no show. I finally just contacted another plumbing company.”

“It has been noted by myself and my wife that your reps are too busy trying to sell, rather than addressing the issue at hand. This is a consistent pattern with us, and with others of our friends who have used your services in the past. Because of this, I am seriously considering finding another such service that isn't so darned busy trying to "make a sale," as opposed to being straightforward with us about what's REALLY needed, as opposed to the "oh, well, you know, your 9 1/2 year old water heater may give out at any time" - and yet, the most recent plumbing rep told us that the average lifespan for such was 7-13 years. I agree that 10 years IS the average - but it didn't mean we HAD to change out the heater the last time he was here. In addition, some of the other work he had performed a year ago was not to our satisfaction, especially when he did NOT install the desired faucets in our master suite bathroom, and, when this was pointed out, you all would've charged us $700+ for the experience - while I could've gone to Home Depot and bought what we wanted for something around $100. And that was BEFORE the charge for the service. I think you can see that we are unhappy with your services.”
