Plumber arrived on Mon to find a leak ...When he arrived he started inspecting other parts of the plumbing system and recommending upsell maintenance programs instead of looking to find the leak. He did not have a flashlight, he did not have a proper tarp to contain drywall, he did not have a remote camera. With a potential cause identified, he could not produce an estimate for repairs until the leak location job was paid for. Too much overhead, too much upsell and an unimpressive plumber”
