“I have used M.E. Flow a few times and have been satisfied each time. They offer a carpenter to handle related repairs, he was prompt and answered my questions. His cabinet repair was impressive even to the plumbers who came after him to install the reverse osmosis unit. The plastic 'cave' he created to keep the drywall dust contained with the basement ceiling repair kept everything clean and protected. Scheduling was easy and immediate, it helps that I work from home.”

He was very upfront and open with me regarding the cost difference of fixing it on a Saturday versus during the week. The technician who came on Saturday and on Monday (Sean Conrad) was absolutely phenomenal.”

“Our hot water heater broke in the late afternoon on December 26. Perfect timing. We called around to several plumbers and no one would come except for M.E. Flow. M.E. Flow sent someone over within an hour to help us temporarily resolve the issue. Two days later they came and installed a new hot water heater. The service was incredible as was the workmanship.”

“There was a little mix-up in the beginning. I had two projects to be done. One concerned an air conditioning fan coil unit, and the guy was not prepared to work partly because he had been injured and just wasn't able to do it. The other one was a simple plumbing job, and that's a different part of M.E. Flow. So, M.E. Flow had to schedule two separate people. The plumbing guy did an excellent job and was very good. The other person had been injured a day or so before, so even though he showed up to do the work, he wasn't physically in a position to do the work. But even then, he at least looked over the equipment, worked with me to get another appointment rescheduled with someone else, and made sure they were prepared, not only physically, but with the right materials and tools. That person showed up and did an excellent job. I'm a satisfied customer. The plumbing issues both concerned sinks. One problem was dripping faucets. The other was that the little lever you pull up to stop the drain wasn't working properly. It was a matter of changing out some parts so that when you want to stop the drain and fill the sink with water, it would do that. I'd give them an A+. In the end, I was very satisfied.”

“The fellow came and did a repair for me, and he was very friendly and very professional. He had the part on his truck, and he just fixed it right up. He was very responsive on the phone. This was a plumbing repair. I had a leak above the water heater. It was kind of an emergency call. They're an A+.”

We had some valves on the inside of our main water—the shutoff valve and the ones that actually go to our spigots outside. One was actually leaking, and they went ahead and updated those. They actually put in a new valve. I chose them because of my next-door neighbor.”

After they opened it up to see what was wrong, they gave me a quote, and I told them to go ahead and proceed. The cleanup was OK. It went well. They were an A+. I would call them again if I have any issues. They did a very good job.”
