Joel Shutt and Chris Maner were very helpful and informative with all recommendations and decisions to be made. Chris was quick to respond to questions/concerns I had. Joel was very willing to explain/educate me on the repairs/replacements that needed to be made and why they were so important to perform. Will easily use them again for any future HVAC needs.

Marquis, founder of Blue Excellence, came out to give us an estimate for a clogged primary drain and was absolutely wonderful. He was honest and upfront about the fact that our situation is urgent and needs a permanent repair, without trying to downplay the issue or pressure us into anything. What really stood out was that, out of his own kindness and diligence, he went above and beyond and temporarily fixed the issue so we could at least have air conditioning for the night. He absolutely did not have to do that, but took the extra time to make sure we weren’t left without AC. Marquis was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us. That kind of service and integrity is rare, and we truly appreciated him. Highly recommend!

Joel and Ramiro came out and answered all my questions, explained everything I didn't understand and got things going. I appreciate that he stayed working on this until super late to make sure we got a temp fix overnight do it wouldn't be melty in the house until the guys were toto show up the next day to replace the system. The install guys were super quick at getting things done, cleaned up very well after themselves and now I have ac again! Thanks village for getting on it so quick even tho it was a Sunday evening! Yall did an awesome job!

The guys did a great job identifying the issues with my existing panel, and giving me a nice clean installation on the new panel. They also ran a dedicated circuit for a mini split unit. Very well done!

Josh was an outstanding technician and provided a true 5-star service experience. He was respectful of my property from the moment he arrived, wearing protective shoe covers/plastic covers whenever he was inside the house, which I really appreciated. His attitude was professional, friendly, and customer-focused throughout the visit. I asked a lot of questions, and Josh was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He provided professional recommendations without being pushy, which helped me better understand my options. I highly recommend Josh and would be happy to have him service my HVAC system again. Excellent work and a well-deserved 5-star rating!
