Universal Home Experts just recently replaced my main A/C unit and was available and flexible with times and communication. They worked quickly and efficiently and Ricky provided excellent communication on what the issues were and how to remedy them. I'm also very pleased with their office manager who provided good updates. Excellent people to work with.

Ricky P was our technician today for our AC unit. Actually I would say our EXPERT! We always ask for him because of his knowledge and also because he is an honest person. He gave us numerous options at various cost levels. He also patiently explained the pros and cons of each. We are spending more money to go with a replacement because he explained that there is currently a change happening with the coolant. Due to that it makes doing a partial fix risky if the unit were to fail again and coolant was no longer available. He spent a great deal of time with us which we greatly appreciate. Ricky works hard for his customers and he is the reason we have chosen to stay with this company for years.

Shower emitting a foul smell, so called Universal Home Experts. Received prompt call and service by Thomas. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Presented many options of way we could fix the issue. Top notch company and very pleasant snd helpful service person.

Installed one brand new LG toilet and attached bidet. Also repaired a second toilet ...replaced with new O ring ECT and attached a bidet. Great clean up and removal of all trash as well as old toilet. Technician was respectful and worked within a timely manner.

Highly recommend! Eric was an amazing technician. He was genuine, patient, personable, and respectful with answering all my questions and curiosities. ☺️ He walked me through everything (multiple times or explaining in different ways if needed) to ensure I understood the issue, pricing, and that I was comfortable with my decision. He resolved the issue the same day, and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process. The price feels reasonable or could be a bit on the higher end, I am not sure. I decided to sign up for their service program since I was looking for that, which also gives you some perks. 🙌
