I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Experts. Living in Houston, losing your A/C in the middle of summer is about as bad as it gets. I came home from work to find it was 82°F inside the house and the A/C wasn't working. I called Universal Home Experts and spoke with Sal. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He initially scheduled a technician to come out the next morning at no additional cost, but less than 15 minutes later he called me back to say he had a technician finishing another job and could have someone at my house within the hour. True to his word, Eric arrived exactly when promised. He immediately got to work troubleshooting the system, quickly identified the problem, and had our A/C running again that same evening. Even though it was after hours, the repair only cost the standard service charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what he found and what he was doing. He also offered some excellent recommendations for preventative maintenance without any pressure or upselling. If you're looking for fast, honest, and fairly priced A/C service, I highly recommend Universal Home Experts. Their customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Zach Brown from Universal Home Experts. He came out to take a look at my garbage disposal and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the issue, provided a detailed breakdown of the work needed, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His pricing was very reasonable, and I appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding—friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I had an issue with my AC repeatedly tripping the breaker after a recent power outage. I called for service, and the technician arrived quickly and was able to diagnose the problem. He found that the wires in the breaker were loose, replaced the breaker, and properly reattached the wiring. I appreciate that he took the time to find the actual cause instead of just resetting the system or recommending unnecessary repairs. He explained what was happening and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Great service, professional work, and I’m glad the issue was resolved before it became a bigger problem.
