We had a very hairy problem that was eluding a few people, and they were able to figure it out and fix it. They do what they say. They replaced our water boiler twice, and they did about $5,000 worth of work in our kitchen. Because we had a leak in our 1/2 bath and our kitchen ceiling. They had to take the ceiling down and put it back together. They've done plumbing, and they've done the heat. I would grade them an A+. We have been working with them for years, and they are excellent. Expertise wise, with plumbers you typically get someone that's really good, but not reliable. Or, they're reliable, but they don't know what they are doing. With them, they are both. They are reliable and know what they are doing. I have already recommended them.”
