“Let me preface this review by saying that our house is up for sale, and the timing of this absolutely infuriating experience could not have been worse. Probably the most frustrating experience working with a service provider I’ve ever had. Over promised and still have yet to finish the job that was started in July - again, we have our house actively listed for sale. The lack of follow through and responsibility taken is truly astonishing. This isn’t the first job that this has been an issue, either. Additionally, there was a severed electrical cord that is connected to the sewer pump that was left exposed for at least a month during which time there were multiple heavy rainstorms that turned the trench into a muddy river. However, the most concerning part is that, despite my request, I still haven’t been provided the inspection report that was promised over a week ago, or even proof that one was completed. Shocking that Daniel’s hasn’t been the subject of legal action for deception business practices, unfinished work, and/or work that isn’t up to code.”

“I thought they were good, but they were super expensive. They charged me over $200 for a leaky toilet, then had to return. I thought that was obscene. I could've bought a new toilet. They fixed the problem, but were incredibly expensive and had to return.”
“I was charged $600 and it leaked. I called back and they sent back the same plumber, who said that to fix that would cost $2,000. He charged a $50 service fee. I am very unhappy after spending over $10,000 with them on another job. We hired someone else to fix it.”

“I feel like I got overcharged. They didn't do a good job. The technician was snaking out my drain and broke off a chunk of the snake. Despite getting two other technicians out to work on it, they couldn't get it out. They left it in there and charged me three and a half times what he was advertising to do the work for. It's stopped up again and it's been less than a month.”
