“I know them in two capacities because I know they did work for us at home and they actually do work at my office too. I know them pretty well. At the office, they do maintenance and preventative. There's also if there's a dead rodent in the building or if there's bees outside that are bothering the school children. They're super reactive and responsive, which is nice. We had a dead bird in a dryer vent. So, they cleaned it out and they put a grate over the dryer vent so another one couldn't come in. I'd give them an A+. They're super quick to respond.”

We have a termite service with them, so I called, and they came out and did everything that I expected them to do. They get an A grade.”

For example, last year when we found out we had carpenter bees, they sent somebody out, I think, within a day, to take a look at it. We have been dealing with them for two years. They actually came recommended by our realtor when we bought our house. We had to have a termite inspection done anyway by the people who were selling the house. We really liked them. I'd give them an A—we definitely have no complaints.”

They said that in the beginning it's hard to sort of get rid of everything, and before the next service call, they said that I might feel like they should come back.
